Cards and Giants both losing.

When your best players have seasons that are way below projections it hurts more then when a marginal guy does. Yes we need more good players.......but Hiura, Yelich, and others having bad years is more to blame this season.

His OPS is now .787, and he has the best K:BB ratio on the entire team. Yep.......some of the guys we counted on to be good this year would like those numbers.

Moose adds insult to injury.......Rasmussen was probably due for a bad one

Woody on his way to being 2-5.......he hasn’t pitched badly but we haven’t won enough of his starts.......puts too much pressure on everyone else

Disaster averted.......Vogelbach doesn’t have much range but he seems to catch the stuff that he gets to.....at least so far.

Pretty crazy our run differential is back to almost even.......only negative 3 today......not too long ago it was in the -30s range......

I have no doubt they will give it their best effort...........it will either be good enough or it won't.......hopefully Brewers can sneak in but if they don't I will still be grateful for the baseball we've had in 2020.

Matheny was pretty impressed with Burnes..........so glad Brewers didn’t give up on him.......with his stuff there us no reason for him not to be good......but credit to him and the staff for making the adjustments they did ......
