  1. Brewers were certainly not the most talented team going into, the season......not sure how it's possible to win at a high level with all of the injuries continuing to occur.
  2. Before today Suter had given up more then 3 runs twice in the last 2 months. He had given up 1 or 2 runs 6 times.
  3. Luck is a big part of baseball.....ignoring it is just silly
  4. Another hard hit ball for an out for Braun......guy can't catch a break
  5. Have they really? I believe we're nearly last in MLB in quality starts, and other than Guerra and Chacin, we really don't have anyone pitching to expectations. 2/5ths of a quality rotation is not good. And the continued inability to go deep into games is going to destroy the bullpen. We saw the effects of that before the break, and it sure looks like we're about to have two consecutive short starts already that will gas the pen right out of the break. This is a major, major problem. Brewers are tied for NL lead in QS http://www.espn.com/mlb/stats/team/_/stat/pitching/league/nl
  6. I didn't say it was ok.....if the ball is caught the only run that scored in that inning is the solo homer. You have to make plays or it can come back to bite you.....as we just saw. Certainly Suter bares responsibility as well. These kind of starts have been few and far between for Suter. He us usually good for 5 innings and 1-3 runs.
  7. All because Braun/Broxton couldn't handle a pop up.
  8. Here is as direct a quote as you get Tom H twitter #Brewers manager Craig Counsell said "100%" that Corbin Burnes will return to starting role next season. That's his future in organization. But will continue to serve in relief this season out of need.
  9. I’m on the outside, as is everyone else here pretty much. If a leader like Cain is over it and stands behind him, then I’m over it too. He knows him, is around him daily, and is a minority race that was directly affected by a comment. I’m good following his lead. Yep.....that's where I'm at. If his teammates support him that's good enough for me.
  10. Kershaw cruising...... low pitch count.....home run.....double.....timely error....and a huge 2 out triple by Broxton..... Go figure
  11. I guess they should have pulled Kershaw since he gave up the lead..... Or we could just tip our hat to Yelich
  12. Let's not over look Kratz's savvy play .....letting that ball get by him just enough to bait Kershaw into trying to score.
  13. Burnes showing why the Brewers aren't trading him. Made Kemp, look bad
  14. He cruised through the the last 3 innings. Walked the pitcher and then had Saladino boot a double play ball for an error.
  15. When a good pitcher doesn't perform well I tend to blame the pitcher or give credit to,the hitters. Not sure how CC could have known this was coming.
  16. CC can't win......if he leaves him,in and gives up the lead people *****.....pulls him 3rd time through the order coming back from an injury with a fully rested pen and people *****. Every decision is wrong
