I hope RR is smart enough not to burn out the pen tonight in a game that is already lost. Let Wolf take one for the team and hope that Yo can get them on Weds. ps. Not very classy to steal 2nd with a big lead..............alert Quade.

I know it probably wouldn't make any difference but isn't time for somebody to get mad? You see managers call out their teams all the time, challenge them if you will. You see players show some fire when they are getting their butts kicked. All we get from this team and its manager is....."its a long season, we are a great team, the guys will work their way out of it...blah blah blah" I know anger won't turn Yuni into a good hitter or make Loe a competent 8th inning guy but you would think somebody would get pissed about this bad baseball that we have been watching for 3 weeks now. Probably just me being a fan but somebody needs to show some leadership and soon.......

brutal.....Sometimes you just need a starting pitcher to throw 7 or 8 shutout innings to get you out of a funk. We don't seem to have anyone even remotely up to that task right now.

This game feels alot like yesterday for some reason........time for the pen to step up and close it down.

Actually it hasn't.......Marcum have been pretty good but not dominant. Ditto for Wolf. Gallardo, Narveson and Greinke have been average to poor based on expectations . Dominant is Phillies, Braves and Giants. Brewers are 10th out of 16 teams in the NL in era. Some of that is the BP but not all of it. It's been dominant most of the season.

He didn't need a perfect throw...only routine one. Any kind of decent throw there and Casey is out easily. It was a bad play that worked out well.......will take it.
