So now if we need Hawkins tomorrow he will be unavailable becuase he pitched the previous 2 games in blowouts............. I'm assuming they don't want to use Estrada here because of Marcum's situation but I'd rather they pitch Loe and give Hawkins the day off.

Interesting move by Madden.... My guess is if he gets this guy he won't pitch the 9th....what a novel concept....let the game dictate where you use your best guy and for how long.

I'm now willing to give the other team credit......they are pounding us. 3 out of 4 to the cubs....blown out twice by the Red Sox in 3 games and now blown out by the Rays at home. Seems like lots of teams of varying abilities are making us look bad lately........

It sure seems we score a large % of our runs on on homers. Now BA and Rock are pulling out the nuckleballer hangover excuse? Good grief.....

It was a strike how can it be a terrible pitch? The guy didn't get the job done and hasn't gotten the job done almost all year. Good players fail too but they get the benefit of the doubt because they help you win many games throught the year. Kotsay really has done nothing to justify getting at bats. Unfortunately with braun being sick we have no other options since Gomez can't hit either.

its not the crowds faul that the Brewers have stunk up the joint tonight.

You can't go down looking with the tying run on 3rd base and less then 2 outs. You have to protect the plate and put the ball in play. Come on. It wasn't a horrible AB. The pitcher made some really good pitches (even if one did technically miss its spot by a healthy margin). Sometimes when a guy strikes out it's not because he sucked.

Our offense is making it pretty easy on Niemann..... Its not like he is doing this to a bunch of other teams this year.

Haudricourt Finally got word on #Brewers RHP Shaun Marcum. He left the game with a left hip flexor strain. Will be re-evaluated tomorrow.

If he wasn't hurt or at the least sick why was he pulled in the 2nd inning? Give me a break.

Because the good pitcher wasn't living up to his responbilities by showing up on time and doing his work...... You couldn't get away with it in your job why would you think the brewers would allow it? The sad part is that we have nobody better to replace him with until he gets his act together.
