    I agree that this is a good move for Dennis' career with Milwaukee. I've always kind of thought he had the chance to be a dominant guy out of the pen, and I hope it turns out to be the case. As mentioned earlier, this will give him a much better shot at getting to Milwaukee by the end of the year. Even just a dozen very good outings could earn him a ticket. Good luck, Dennis!

    Don't look at the Baby Brewers' box score if you get nausiated by walks and errors. The Baby Giants scored in every inning (21 times in all), thanks to 12 walks and 7 errors (not to mention 20 hits and 2 HBP). 41 baserunners in 9 innings. Geesh.

    But isn't the AA roster limit 23? 12 position players and 11 pitchers. That hasn't stopped them in the past. Many a Huntsville team has gone with only 2 (3 on a non-DH day) bench players.

    By my count, the Stars actually need 2 pitchers now. They're down to 10, and the organization has usually kept 12 with the affiliates. I'd like to see Lewis and Alliston promoted, tho Parra might be ready for a promotion, too. That would allow Miller and Renkert to be promoted from West Virginia, and then everything would be groovy.
