    But didnt they get less quality for the other two better outfielders? Yelich's contract is quite a bit more attractive, which makes him arguably more valuable than either. Realize that, but with money to spend, would you rather have Ozuna?

    Cardinal's rookie pitcher Jordan Hicks throws 100-102 MPH, and has a good off speed pitch. DARN IT. Why not throw him in closer role? I know, I know, not for rookies.

    Rock annoys me on the broadcasts. He actually said Broxton can make the team as the 4th outfielder.... and play when Braun plays first. He also apparently thinks that 25 plus 5 equals 35. (When talking about Anderson getting more pitches in to reach 35)

    I would like to see them ranked (opinions) on how likely they are to make the opening day roster. Did Franklin last year? I know he was around for a while. Who is most likely? Frieri? Hoover?

    The Baseball America guys on their post draft podcast are saying that the Cubs have been drafting pitchers based on organizational depth. Soooo, I guess it does happen. Or they are wrong.

    Im not really a "hat guy", although with the way my hair has been saying goodbye over the years, I probably should be. I'll wear a brewers at to a game, thats about it. I do have polo shirts of several other teams, that I wear once in a while.....bought at the various Arizona spring training venues. Angels, A's, Padres, Mariners, Giants, Reds, Dodgers, Dbacks, Royals, Indians. I think thats about it. I would NEVER wear anything Cubs, Cardinals or Yankees.

    Yes, they are all nice though! (except A's - whatever it's called now) I'd skip Dodgers/white sox park, it's just takes too long to get in and out of. Surprise, Peoria are both real nice.

    Maybe it wasn't technically a "play at the plate", merely an out on the 3 base line. Also Arica isn't showing his great defense again.

    I am on board with the rebuild , but I think it's disgusting that Jake Elmore is put in the lineup as a corner outfielder (more often than just an emergency). It's like when they put Alex Gonzalez and Yuni Bettencourt at first base. I kind of expect more from a major-league baseball team.
