  1. Like everyone else I love what the Brewers are doing with their drafting and International signings. Looking back, it seems they misfired on passing on both Trey Yesavage and Carson Benge....players that most had ranked higher than Payne. Payne (3.44M) has exceeded expectations, but Monday quarterbacking places me a firm believer that Id rather have Benge (4M) or Yesavage (4.18M) than Payne, Dubanewicz (650K), Travis Smith (462K), and Tyler Renz (852K)
  2. Worse now that’s it’s reported the Brewers are paying almost all of Cortez’ salary

  4. The 2 I would be least likely to trade (other than the obvious Miz, Made and Pena)…are Wilken and Bitonti, just because this team and future versions are lacking HR power, especially with Mitchell now possibly being a bust.
  5. Baseball Americas first half top 75 RoboScout hitters includes 7 Brewers in the top 46! 2- Luis Pena, 5- Jesus Made, 8-Luke Adams, 30- Brock Wilken, 31 Braylon Payne, 43-Cooper Pratt, 46- Eric Bitoni
  6. I had just texed 2 people: Come on Joey, make just one out ! Sac fly would be nice......
  7. Yeh you can never assume a sweep but come on, Freeland is one of the worst pitchers in the game
  8. Relax, it’s 8-2 and he’s not injured. Alllll good. No harm
  9. Jesus MadeJacob MisiorowskiLuis PenaCooper Pratt I really thought he would dominate in AA and be considered for a quick promotion to MLBJeferson QueroLogan HendersonBrock WilkenEric BitontiRobert GasserCraig YohoMike BoeveBishop LetsonMarco DingesBraylon PayneJosh AdamczewskiLuke AdamsBlake BurkeBrett WichrowskiLuis LaraColeman Crow Brock Wilken is baaaaaaaack! I said it last month i think, this should be a top 30! (like Baseball America) I ranked some pitchers lower just because there is such a large injury factor with pitching. It doesnt appear that Tyler Black, Carlos Rodriguez or Ernesto Martinez are in their plans in that others have been promoted instead of them.
  10. I just tuned in an for a minute was worried that Paul Molitor passed away unexpectedly. Had to google why they are all wearing a small 4.
  11. Thats less of an error than the ground ball hit to CC that their official scorer said was a hit, costing Sabathia a no hitter.
  12. Time for the Orioles to just give Mayo a chance to sink or swim. Odd that hes back down in AAA.
  13. I cant stand the Manfred runner but I guess this offense probably wouldnt get a runner on 2nd on their own.......
  14. It almost feels like they are TRYING to lose! Yelich clean up....... Sticking with Durbin and Ortiz.....Payamps the closer................ edit: Oh, OK Yelich hitting 3rd. lol
