  1. He plays in a pitcher friendly league correct?
  2. He hits some pretty sweet foul balls...
  3. When is the last time they truly rebuilt?
  4. It's not that he gave up a run. It's that from every outing he had in this series, it was completely predictable. We freak out because he gave up 6 baserunners, 3-4 walks, multiple runs, blew a save, over his last 1 2/3 IP when other pitchers have not had these struggles. Bullpen roles are stupid in general, like you said. But Corey has no business pitching in a high leverage situation on a regular basis. Other than location, his stuff looked just as good as ever. The argument could be made that he should be used in low leverage situations but up 2 runs against the Mets is different than one run or a tie.
  5. Thames>>Sogard (or whomever is the 25th guy when he comes back)
  6. Corey gave up one run and there is a massive freakout. He will be fine. I would prefer that they not have a designated closer however.
  7. This team would really be something if 7,8 could hit.
  8. This team would really be something if 6,7,8 could hit.
  9. Davies is a guy I could see moving. He seems to really struggle at Miller Park and is not far from getting expensive.
  10. We still have Nelson and Thames returning to look forward to.
  11. The wide ranges of trade proposals is kinda amusing. I can't see any way we get Realmuto without at least giving up one of Burnes/Peralta.
  12. See, we can draft MLB starting pitchers!
  13. Why the Knebel doubt? He looked great the last time.
  14. Not nearly enough, and Sogard has negative value. Prado has much worse negative value. Look up his stats and contract...
  15. Flip Santana/Braun with Thames/Aguilar and I could get on board with that.
  16. Since Baltimore never likes to truly rebuild, I would do Machado for Arcia, Phillips and T. Williams. This would help them replace Machado, Adam Jones and Britton once they get traded. I am guessing that wouldn't be enough but he is a rental unfortunately...
  17. I would do a Realmuto and Prado (pay half of his 2019 salary) for Burnes, Nottingham, Sogard, and Ponce. Then you DFA Prado.
  18. If you are going to give up major prospects, do it for Realmuto.
  19. Your posts are hard to read....
