    Sure is nice to get swept by a team that has 2/3 of it's lineup batting less than .210. It's like getting swept by a bunch of Counsellino's.

    When the Brewers came into town, everyone on the Padres was batting about .200. When we leave they'll all be batting over .300. This sure has been a frustrating two weeks.

    Cubs lose. We have been really lucky the last week and half. It's hard to believe that we still have a 6 1/2 game lead.
