  1. Right on... a lot of picks to go before #29, but a ton of talent there this year.

  3. Assuming the Packers won't be willing to give up their 2nd, they could reach up into the early 20s if there's someone they like. If they ARE willing to trade the 2nd, they're nearing where they'd be able to move up to now.

  5. Not concnered. Pace can't build a winner trading away so many picks. He's the worst GM for the Bears. He is making moves simply to keep his job. He might get a few more years, but the Lions could very likely be in the Super Bowl before the Bears. I think this is accurate. He's trading draft picks that he probably won't/wouldn't be here to make to desperately keep his job.

  7. If Gute was right 99% of the time, Rodgers wouldn't want out of Green Bay now. Does he actually want out, or is this posturing? Seems an important question that still needs to play out. And even if he does want out, it doesn't mean they're wrong on Love. I guess I trust their evaluation on Love more than the conclusion fans have drawn based on the zero actual insight they have on Love so far.
  8. I think this MAY work out better than needlessly trading up one spot to draft Trubisky, but man, how much better would the Bears be if they had just kept some of the GOBS of draft picks they've traded away the past five years?
  9. Patriots a wild card? Raiders have been mentioned. Nothing stopping Surtain from being part of the deal, right? Completely accurate.
  10. Patriots a wild card? For Love? Yep. For Rodgers? Meh. Not a BB-type deal, and I don't know if I'd be comfortable accepting their mid-late picks each round/year.
  11. With Denver making their pick there, I think thoughts of a Rodgers deal tonight are officially dead. Love.... maybe?
  12. Nagler 'This is about making the Packers squirm. Rodgers wants to get paid, the other stuff is noise.'
  13. I think they can restructure, without adding years without his approval. I've been trying to figure out if they can do a frantic restructure prior to a trade today, but I truly don't know.
  14. Rob Demovsky in a web interview right now "I find it hard to see Rodgers playing for the Packers again."
  15. That sound you heard was Zach Wilson's career starting and effectively ending at the same time.
  16. Well the #3 pick has at least a 2 1st router value. I heard that some local radio sports guy saying it won’t happen until after June 1st for cap reasons but packers will draft as if he is gone. Sounds like someone piling on but I am thinking he is likely gone. Too much smoke... It's much easier for them to do it after June 1, but how could they possibly defer a return until next year?
  17. If it is Denver, you'd have to assume #9, #40, and ?? If Stafford got multiple firsts +, you'd have to think the price for Rodgers is three +?
  18. Well played Peavey Wish I could take credit, but I saw it on twitter. Lots of chatter about Denver....
