  1. Yep, we pretty much are on the hook. The only thing we can do is have him not start for the Brewers.
  2. I'm a Hall apologist, but I think it's time to send him down. He has a great arm, and great defense. But his bat is worse then even Jeff Suppans. He won't be able to figure it out getting 3 ABs once a week, so it's time to send him down. If he refuses assignment, so be it. If he's claimed, so be it. But Its hard to continue to root for him when he's sucking so bad.
  3. Only placed I noticed it was the parking lots. You can tell a ton of water was on them, dirt and debris is pretty apparent in the lots.
  4. How many tons of cooling would be needed to cool the entire space though? The luxury boxes, shops, player areas is a pretty small area compared to the open air of Miller Park.
  5. It's fairly ignorant thinking that ball players don't use drugs. But with that said, it's a shame for the Cubs that he couldn't resist the occasional toke while playing professional ball. If you tell me I couldn't drink for the next 10 years, but after 6 I'd make 4 - 12m, I'd stop drinking. It's silly that players put themselves into positions like that.
  6. Natal looks neat. I just wonder if MS can actually make it do what they promised. If you haven't seen the E3 keynotes of all the major console companies, check them out Pretty neat I look forward to, L4D:2, Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2. The rest of the games I look forward to are years away, D3, Fallout 4...
  7. Welcome to the club BTA. As a Divorce' l have one word of advice, no matter how mutual and civil you think it's going to be... it's not going to end up that way. Take my advice, and protect yourself as much as possible. I trusted the other party way to much during my divorce, and got taken for a ride. On a more personal level. I'm very sorry to hear that, no one goes into a marriage expecting to get divorced. It's going to suck, but after you work through all your issues, I'm sure you will come out ahead. Perhaps you'll meet this smoking hot cool chick on your forum.. and well, life turns around in a hurry. If you're ever looking to hang at a tailgate, let me know. We're pretty pro at it, and you are always welcome.
  8. Robin, the fact is the Brewers are the hot ticket in the state (I guess if you don't include Gokey). So the Brewers do NOT have to add extra perks that would convince people to get ST despite a crappy product. I'd assume that in a few years when the Brewers are rebuilding and putting out a junk product again, something to thank the fans for sticking it out. But right now, with a contending team, 3 million sold already, they don't need to extend a hand to the fan base as much as they have in the past. They still do the BP thing, it's just way way way more selective.
  9. Congrats obsessed, now make the weather stop sucking.
  10. That's awesome. In a few years the little misses and I plan on hitting up Europe. If we beat the end of the world in 2012, we'll be sure to look you up.
  11. I'll echo Aram and Soriano with the bat. Seem to hit Brewers pitching well. Irrational Fear: Theriot and formally DeRosa. Gritt kills us. DLee saves so many errors that even if his Bat regresses, he saves the Cubs more runs then if he was replaced. ARam owes his entire 3B carrier to him. Marmol scares me, when he's right he's simply unhittable.
  12. You can tell you are a movie critic Kat! (Not a diss, just I think you expect more from a movie then us casual people) I love Pixars, I expect light hearted fun with a equally light hearted moral lesson at the end. They pretty much delivered... remove Doug from the movie and we may have a problem. A squirrel walks up to a tree and says "I forgot to gather nuts for the winter and now I am dead". Haha! It's funny because the squirrel gets dead.
  13. Eh what the heck, I'll skip work! Count me in. Good luck all..
  14. What about Pystars open Macs? Basically a Intel Desktop hacked to load Mac OS. Check it
  15. No idea homer, just make sure that if you do get a used one, make sure it's an Intel one. Snow Leopard is only going to be released for Intel units, sorry G4 and G5 users.
  16. Free tickets are always welcome. Count me in, going to the game tonight, but I work from home so I could pick it up any time tomorrow or on my way home tonight.
  17. Made me spit up my coffee. Well played sir.
  18. Put FTJ in the cone of shame. I'm curious if anyone brought their kids with them. i'm not sure if the kids could have followed the story line.
  19. Can we get the topic edited? It keeps fooling me.
  20. Get there very very early if you want premier autos. My guess is they are goign to be PACKED this year with Brewers attendance and popularity being up.
  21. We had a macbook problem with a wifi. Turns out it was the channel, another AP in the joint was turned on and the macbook wouldn't conncet. Try changing the channel to something else on the AP.
  22. Holy cow it's Brooks. Sounds like your bf.net interview got you a place at Fantasy Camp.. well done sir.
  23. In that context, no problem at all. I think Yost would have called Phillips a gamer.
  24. Put enough zeros behind a number and I'm sure we can sign him. To repair whatevers wrong with our relationship I think the zeros would be more then we are willing to pay at this time.
