  1. The waxed cardboard boxes? If they are ground up won't they degrade faster?
  2. Screw that... throw a golf shoe. You'll only touch the toe, making the heel swing around and smacking right into your nose breaking it in 3 places. Now that's how you enjoy the summer.. baseballs and footballs are for weenies. To sum it up, when it's going to be a busy day / close to be a sell out. You have to be nuts to think that you don't have to get there early to get a spot. You can't think you can show up 30 minutes before the game and just get right into the lot. That's just crazy talk.
  3. Mullholland Drive, I agree. The intermixing of reality, fantasy seemed to punch me in the gut a few times. Took me a bit to figure it out what the heck was going on, and why doesn't the DVD have chapters? I love Donnie Darko, it's worth the price of admission simply for the Smurfs conversation. After all, whats the point of it all.. if you .. I've said enough. I still think that Drew Barrymore was the only horrible part of that film, I know she was the producer but I think her acting job stunk. But I enjoyed the concept... and Donnie choice at the end. No Country was good, TLJ character realizes he's.. well.. the old man now. The movie that really makes my brain hurt is Pi. (guess I should learn how to make the symbol). I took what happened completely different then what my buddy got from the film, it's just.. weird.
  4. Curling up in a ball and wishing there was Brewers baseball. Dreaming of tomorrow night at the keg. Laundry, Grocery shopping, late night at work. Recover from long Baseball filled weekend.
  5. But did you drink.. wait how many beers and bloodies did I drink that day?
  6. Sure have... a bunch of times last year. Bored at home, so decided to go to the game. People are pretty friendly so you can easily strike up a conversation with someone.
  7. They were there all last season as well. I think they are just cops on bikes looking for public urination and general police enforcement. They carded me in the past (What the heck, i'm 30! silly cops!)
  8. I understand peoples frustrations with opening day, but beyond that, I don't think it's a big hastle most of the games. (Until the post season, I'm sure Tailgating will be up so people can get into the post season vibe. I plan on selling a few tickets to make up for the money and listening to the game in the lot). Anyways, how can you logistically enforce checking tickets at the lot. What about walk up ticket people? Will call ticket people? Meeting a friend who has the tickets? Lost the ticket and they re-print it at the ticket office? Buying tickets from Scalpers? Right now there are zero signs about tailgate policy. How do they expect to enforce any "tailgate" rules when it's not posted anywhere? I think I'd be ok with a post X inning, required proof of ticket or pay a surcharge (like 5 bucks per car or something to help pay for cleanup) to continue staying. Tailgating is part of the culture here, lets stop pretending that it's a bad thing.
  9. If it was his left had I would think that maybe the park ran out of TP and he was wiping. Teehee...
  10. Well, here's to 2008 Brewers hitting rookies well. We usually look bad against Rooks. Lets do this Crew! GO SOUP!
  11. That's Mark! I got a dumb drunken picture with him at a game last year. Very nice guy.
  12. Dear Bush, Please do not give up 2 or more runs in the first. Kisses, Clue
  13. It's probably bad GEO information from APNIC or ARIN. That's a growing problem with the IPV4 IP space where Geo location is often wrong. You may want to email your ISP and see if they are aware of the problem.
  14. No HD makes me sad.. I'd even settle for HD WGN http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif Kapler in center?
  15. I was offered tickets, but thye don't go on sale till Thursday.
  16. Well that explains it then. I was there about a month and change ago and it was crappy old projections and SD feeds. Good to know.
  17. I saw Junior Spivey a few days before he got traded at Best Buy. He drove a black Hummer with spinners. And spent 650 dollars on DVDs for his wife and new born.
  18. Shouldn't your anger be more directed at DM and not Gagne for taking 10 million? It's one outing, and Gagne seemed to calm down after giving up the jack. Before I run to the hills, I'll give him a fair shake.
  19. I read FTJ (www.fatterthenjoey.com) and Brew Crew Ball (http://www.brewcrewball.com)
  20. When did they do that? And are they HD Feeds though? Nothing more then I hate then LCD HD TVs with SD Stretched source.
  21. BBC doesn't have HD does it though? Colonel Harts has a ton of LCDs now and HD feeds. I would def. go to watch some games there, where I caught a few Badger games this year.
  22. I will be embarrassed. One bad outing doesn't mean you stink. Remember when CoCo blew 5 run lead in the 9th? I do.. .doesn't mean he's a bad pitcher.
  23. Stupid web streaming is down for at least me... Argh I'm dieing here. Might have to head home.
  24. Well I came into work today (I get to work from home) so I'm gambling for a delay/cancel.
