  1. Pop-out, 3rd baseman Corey Koskie to shortstop Bill Hall? What happened?
  2. Well, Capellan did his job. Now hopefully Wise/Shouse can do the same.
  3. I'm actually kind of glad they PH for Ramirez here. Now we can hopefully tee off on that bullpen.
  4. It would suck to lose this one. Chance to really gain some momentum going into the Chicago series and move within 3.5 games of the division lead and 1.5 - 2 of the Wild Card, and get back to .500, all in the same day.
  5. Sheesh, that had to be the fastest half-inning ever. I guess Capellan pitches one more inning then, and we lead off the 7th with Cirillo, I'm guessing.
  6. Whew...well at least we are still tied. Horrible backup catchers in this league are capable of amazing things. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  7. LOL...what a break. You mean LaRue?
  8. Thanks for leaving him in until it was too late again, Ned. URGHH.
  9. Crap, 3-2...Reds still threatening. Probably time for the hook for Villanueva.
  10. ESPN would snottily correct you and say "Richie". http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  11. Well, we still lead after 5, but there's no way around it -- we will be seeing our pen tonight. Luckily, we'll be seeing Cincy's, too. Hopefully Villy can give us one more strong inning.
  12. Why was Villaneuva not bunting there? Isn't that the right call, have him put runners at 2nd and 3rd and give Rickie a shot at 2 more runs with a single?
  13. Wow, Atlanta is destroying St. Louis, 11-3 in the 5th. What in the world is up with the Cardinals lately? Cubs up 1-0 in the 5th over the Stros, but we all know how likely the Cubs are to hold that one.
  14. Ohhh.... a HR away from a Menards Big Inning Qualifier, except for being in the wrong inning, and I don't think that has ever actually been won. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  15. Moeller is 0 for 3 with a deep flyout and 0 K's. For him, that is a solid day. Isn't that just a little bit sad?
  16. Well, I don't think they'll be coming this inning, not with the 8-9-1 coming up and the 8 being Moeller.
  17. Crap..5-2.....Might we need our (shudder) bullpen after all? I'm still all about letting Davis go the distance right now. A couple walks or basehits could change that.
  18. Prince sure is struggling right now. I hope it's not going to his head. He still has decent numbers, but they look a lot more "rookie-like" than they did a month ago.
  19. Crossing my fingers that we have a big enough lead for Moeller to figure out a way to screw it up.
  20. Wow!! I'll take 5 in an inning against Arroyo!!! Heck I'll take 5 in an entire outing against Arroyo!
  21. Hey, 1st and 2nd, nobody out...here's our big chance against Arroyo!
  22. Oh boy, a baserunner! C'mon Rickie, get 2nd!
  23. Well, get ready to head into the Cincy series 3 games back under .500.
