    Hey great job working out of the 1st and 2nd, nobody out. That inning had disaster written all over it.

    Man ZJ is really starting to worry me. C'mon Zack, throw strikes. We already have more than enough pitchers that are capable of throwing balls.

    Pretty decent first 3 innings for Zack Jack. Now let's get him some runs. Anyone want to call a ZJ basehit off Carlos to lead off the inning?

    Mmmm...Prince is a lot of things, but hot is definitely not one of them right now. At least Z threw 22 pitches in the 1st to get out of that one. We should get to him yet tonight.

    Well, win or lose, tonight won't be the night that we pass Cincy. Reds are destroying the Braves 9-0, still in the 2nd inning.

    I love Bill and Daron, but they always seem to pull that junk. I fully expect Cappy to be working on a no-no in the 7th sometime this year, only for one of them to chime in and say something like, "Hey hey, would you look at this? Capuano is only 8 outs away from a no-hitter!!"

    Crap, looked like he was going to work out of the leadoff double. Not quite the start we were looking for tonight.

    But then you still have Koskie batting next to Jenkins. And although he has done it before, I don't think Koskie is your ideal #2 hitter.

    Any lineups yet? I'll give it my best shot: 1.) Weeks 2.) Hall 3.) Jenkins 4.) Lee 5.) Fielder 6.) Koskie 7.) Rivera 8.) Gross 9.) Jackson Rivera gets the start and bats over Gross to split the lefties. MY GUESSES, not the actual lineup http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif Fielder is due for a day off soon if he doesn't start coming around, though.

    Nah, Garner would probably go with Clemens.

    Today may be Zack Jack's last MLB start for awhile, or he may remain as the #5 until Sheets returns. It may depend on his performance today, so here's hoping he makes it a good one.

    BTW...Braves just blew a 5 run lead against the Reds in the 9th inning...game now 7-7 going into the bottom of the 9th.

    Man. In just one month, Prince's average has gone from the highest in the lineup to the lowest.

    Well, there isn't any question about who will be pitching the 9th this game.

    A .117 average versus lefties. WOW. I can't imagine that any regular position player in baseball has that big of a differential between hitting left and right-handed pitching. It's enormous. Against righties, he's a solid bat. Against lefties, he's a pitcher.

    Another good break. Cappy makes a mistake on an 0-2 pitch, but then Aram gets greedy and is thrown out going for the triple.

    Man, looks like Prince just missed that. He could have used the confidence from that almost as much as we could have used the 3 runs.

    Why so quiet tonight...? I figured it'd be pretty active in here after last night's sweep and other events that have been going well for the Crew.
