    I love all the old people that reply saying "THESE ACCOUNTS HAVE TO BE FAKE". Little do you guys know about Facebook. These accounts are real. Every, literally, every college and high school student makes one. It's harder to find a person without a Facebook on the internet rather than a person with one. Braun's was made back when he was in college. Half of the NBA/NFL players have one. Most of the NCAA players have one, if you look them up.

    It's unreal how much people like to pick on Bonds, yet so many players in the past did the same thing. No matter how much he injected himself, you still have to be a damn good baseball player to be where he's at.

    Do I think Yost tore into the guys today? Yes. Will Prince ever get out of his mini-slump? Yes. Will Jenkins start producing eventually (every 2nd half)? Yes. Will Suppan come strong down the stretch? Yes Will Sheets return? Yes. I know I know I just posted we were going to miss the Playoffs, but I'm trying to find every reason in the book to be positive. I definitely think we're gonna go on a hot streak sometime here soon, and will jump out to quite the lead again.

    By Friday? With the rate this ridiculously crappy team is playing, Cubs will have the division by Monday. Well, no Playoffs this year boys.

    Inman was complete trash in AA, I'd rather have a sure thing top of the line reliever than Inman. We have pitching for the next coming years - Gallardo, Villanueva, Parra, Suppan, Bush, Sheets (possibly), Zach Jackson. Who knows, if Inman would've been a bust, and Linebrink could've sent us to the World Series with some solid late innings, we could be reflecting on what ifs.

    Trade him, put him on the DL, do something with him. It's sad when the second best pitcher on this team is in the bullpen pitching once a week. I felt better when Gallardo was in the rotation. I guess Capuano's one year wonder 18 win season was enough to label him as a stud. (Unambigufied thread title --1992casey)

    All these what-ifs. Cordero is your closer. He has that role for a reason. You don't take out your CLOSER. What does that do to his confidence? He was 23 for 23. You think they would just take him out?
