Very true and this is probably how Arnold and company views it as well. Just seems like the right time to be a little more aggressive than usual. Still 4 hours to go...

I mean, the "bite of the apple" approach has gotten us exactly 0 playoff series victories since 2018. Are we good with that? I have higher expectations than that at this point. We are way past the point of just being happy making the playoffs.

The Padres have always been a super aggressive organization. Wouldn't surprise me if they made a couple of big moves today.

Hoskins has mostly stunk as a Brewer. I wouldn't count on him for anything. I am excited to get Gasser back though.

Same. Was always a big Jadher fan and was always perplexed why the Brewers didn't like him. -
Ortiz, Contreras, and Yelich are pretty much automatic outs right now.
