The chances that Huntsville or Nashville plays any baseball today is probably not good. The weather down south is terrible right now.

Will we not know if FSN is airing the game until 7:00 when the game actually starts?
  4. wibadgers23
I'm praying that FSN picks this game up! Go Crew!
  5. wibadgers23
Well at least we're tied. It would be fitting to start the '09 season against the Pirates with a walk-off.
  6. wibadgers23
    Awesome 0-2 pitch!
  7. wibadgers23
Hardy remains below the Mendoza line. Yeesh.
  8. wibadgers23
Yeah, I was just waiting for someone to throw out a swear word or something.
  9. wibadgers23
The defense has been pretty suspect the past few games. Fielder made a nice play there though.
  10. wibadgers23
More good news: Lawrie really seems to be heating up offensively. He must be playing pretty good defense at 2nd base too.

It's frustrating to look at the boxscore and see Gamel with three RBI's, but then to look down and see another "E" next to his name. Ugh.
  12. wibadgers23
Escobar is quietly inching his batting average near .300. Hernan stays hot with two doubles and an RBI in two at-bats so far.
  13. wibadgers23
Call up Jeffress. But seriously, would he do any worse than 90% of our pitching staff?
  14. wibadgers23
Even though Gillespie is hitless tonight, that 3-4-5 trio of Gindl, Gillespie, and Wheeler is pretty nasty.
  15. wibadgers23
Yeah, that pretty much sums it up, doesn't it? There just hasn't been anything to get excited about yet. I have found myself bored out of mind way too much watching Brewer games so far.

Iribarren is quietly having a great start to his season.
  17. wibadgers23
Watching it live, it didn't look like a strike to me either. But the replay showed a pretty good pitch on the outside corner, IMO. Frusturating loss.
  18. wibadgers23
Was Cinci shading Hart up the middle or did he just not hit that ball hard enough to get through?
  19. wibadgers23
Cole Gillespie is playing in BC? Why? What am I missing here?
  20. wibadgers23
Oops, I didn't catch his error in the boxscore. It was nice to see him turn a couple double plays at least.
  21. wibadgers23
Gamel with a .500+ BA and 8 rbi's already. I realize we're only 4 games in, but how long until he gets the call if he keeps his BA around .300 and continues to play solid defense?
  22. wibadgers23
Yeah, what was Hill arguing about? It was pretty obvious Weeks was safe. Great win today!
  23. wibadgers23
I haven't followed real closely, but has Riske thrown a scoreless inning of baseball yet this spring?
  24. wibadgers23
Yeah, something tells me TBS won't be showing anymore postseason games once their contract with MLB is done. We'll probably only miss a couple innings at most, but this isn't a regular season game. It's ALCS for god's sake.
  25. wibadgers23
Wow, game 6 of the ALCS isn't exactly the best time to be having technical difficulties. There are going to be some very angry people.
