  1. I didn't get to watch the game tonight and I was wondering what in the world happened with this play that happened in the top of the 2nd: Tony F. Pena: Foul, Ball, Strike swinging, Ball, Pena popped out to shortstop, Shealy out at second.
  2. Thanks guys. Any word when Hardy will be back?
  3. I didn't start watching the game until the 7th. Why was Weeks pulled so early?
  4. Lorenzo Cain has been so close to the .300 mark over the past few weeks, but he just can't seem to get over the hump. Jeffress with another nice outing tonight.
  5. I believe pitchers do not bat below AA.
  6. Geoff Jenkins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. While Counsell and Graff aren't the worst baseball players on this earth, it'll sure be nice getting a healthy Weeks back in the line-up. Especially with Braun in there now and Hall starting to heat up.
  8. It would be an understatement to say that this is a huge night for Huntsville. Congratulations and good luck to Inman.
  9. I guess what I'm ultimately wondering is do the Brewers (or anybody on this board) see him as an adequate utility infielder in the future? Even this year if either Counsell or Graffanino get injured or traded? Obviously he has no future in Milwaukee as a starter in the infield any time soon.
  10. With Parra, Bray, Thatcher, and Balfour all pitching well, the Brewers seem to have a lot of nice options for the bullpen in case of injury, trade, or if somebody else really struggles. Also, nice win for the Stars and Sounds tonight. I wonder why Callix Crabbe doesn't get talked about a little more around here. He's still only 24 years old and batting around .290 with more walks than strikeouts. Is it because he doesn't have much power from the plate? Poor defense? Very little speed?
  11. Yovani Gallardo now has 110 K's and only 28 walks in 77.2 innings with a 2.90 ERA.
  12. Let the healing begin.............again.
  13. Yo now with 110 K's and 28 walks on the season. Sick. Just sick.
  14. Taylor Green is starting to become one of my favorite prospects. He just continues to rake. Anybody have a scouting report on his defense? I noticed he has 8 errors, but that doesn't tell me too much.
  15. Hard to believe Detroit is only 10 games above .500 with the line-up they have. Other than Bonderman and Verlander, their pitching staff must be really bad.
  16. Me too Pedro.
  17. I was just about to make a comment on how lousy Geoff has looked at the plate this series. Thank God!!!!!!!!
  18. Jeez, does Texas have a reliever with an ERA over 3?
  19. Very true. At least we're in a terrible division.
  20. We just aren't destined to be a good baseball team. Plain and simple.
  21. Balfour and Bray are also putting up nice numbers with good ball to strikeout ratios. Only one homerun given up between the two also.
  22. Jenkins has looked pretty lost at the plate tonight.
