  1. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say Inman will make one more start for BC. Two at the most.
  2. Why do I have a bad feeling that Counsell will start over Braun today?
  3. At what point do you guys see Salome getting promoted? Will he spend all year in A+ or get promoted to AA sometime this year? I know it all depends on how well he plays, but they could be taking it slow with him considering he's coming back from a major injury.
  4. I think he follows a similar path to what Gallardo took last year. Called up about halfway through the year to Huntsville and spend the rest of the year there. Depending on how he does in Huntsville, he'll start next year in Nashville.
  5. The bad news: Our pitching stinks tonight. The good news: Will Inman tonight - 6 IP, 12 K's, 1 BB, 1 ER, 1.36 ERA
  6. I'm starting to feel less and less comfortable each time Vargas and Bush take the mound now. Gallardo please?
  7. Yeah, we should have an Inman tracker replace the Braun tracker.
  8. Let's demote Graffanino to West Virginia.
  9. I've really enjoyed keeping track of Palmisano, Cain, Escobar, Ford, and Gillespie lately. They are playing really well.
  10. Like I've said before, people will find ANY excuse to hate on Gwynn, no matter how well he's playing. That being said, rluzinski is exactly right, Gwynn needs to start hitting for more extra base hits if he doesn't want to be a reserve his whole career.
  11. Clean sweep for the entire organization today and Salome is looking good coming back from the injury.
  12. Prediction for the bottom 4 in the line-up: 1 for 15 5 K's 7 LOB
  13. Here's hoping to another night like last night (and a strong outing from Inman).
  14. Brewers line-up for today: Tony Gwynn RF J.J. Hardy SS Prince Fielder 1B Bill Hall CF Jenkins LF Damian Miller C Tony Graffanino 2B Craig Counsell 3B Claudio Vargas P
  15. Counsell and Graffanino are automatic outs. Man, I can't stand to see both of these guys in the everyday line-up.
  16. Dear Ned Yost and Doug Melvin, Tony Graffanino and Craig Counsell are not everyday players. I repeat, Tony Graffanino and Craig Counsell are not everyday players. wibadgers23
  17. How is Lorenzo Cain's defense? Average? Above average? I'm still pretty excited about this guy, and he seems to really be heating up.
  18. I guess it's a matter of opinion and personal preference. I just think so far, Gywnn has earned himself a start more than once every couple weeks.
  19. Gross again? Is it because Gwynn can't play right field or something? I think Tony has earned himself another start. Especially since Gross started last night and almost cost us the game.
  20. The last couple nights it's been nothing but Clemens, Yankees, Red Sox, more Clemens, and then 10 seconds of Brewer highlights towards the end of the show.
  21. With Hart out the entire series, who starts in the outfield tomorrow night with Jenkins and Hall? Gross or Gwynn? I guess it could be Mench again too even though they're facing a righty.
  22. Cappy looks good. The Nats offense looks dreadful.
