    Have to think Strosnider gets assigned somewhere today too (or at least sometime this week at the latest).

    Same here. If the Cubs don't gain ground on the Brewers this week then they probably never will. This is their chance.

    I think it's more like Casey Mize got to face an anemic Brewers offense. I honestly don't know how we're going to score enough runs to win many games during this road trip.

    Vaughn at 3B and Hamilton at SS scares me to no end. It's gonna burn the Brewers at some point.

    I'd' be more concerned about the Padres bullpen and their offense. We cannot afford to get behind late in the game because their bullpen is lights out and their offense is rolling right now.

    Henderson goes 7 strong innings. We score about 8 runs. Richardson finishes the last 2. The end.

    The Padres series scares me. If we get behind early and have to face their bullpen with any kind of deficit, we're screwed. I'd be happy with 3-4 and ecstatic with anything better than that.

    The Brewers probably had no business winning this series so I'll definitely take it before a tough road trip. Looking forward to seeing what the plan is for the left side of the infield if Ortiz is out for an extended time.

    Biloxi is having a miserable week in Columbus.

    Luis Pena reminding us all why he's a top 30 prospect in the game. Not sure why he was removed late in the game but hopefully not injury-related!

    6 runs is about the most you're gonna squeeze out of this offense right now. They had plenty of time to mount a comeback but couldn't come up with the big hit. Very unusual for the pitching staff to have a dud like tonight.

    Wasn't there a perfect opportunity for him to come in late in the game against a tough lefty? Would have made perfect sense as a defensive replacement too.

    Ortiz not in the lineup again. He has to be hurt, right? This is really weird.

    The A's are 45-70 which is crazy considering the amount of talent they have on that team, at least on the offensive side. Not sure if they've had a bunch of injuries or what's going on but what a disappointing year for them. it felt like they were about to break out and make a run at the playoffs.

    The Twins have been struggling a little bit as of late and they might be dragging their feet as they played a late game in KC last night. Lets score a bunch of runs tonight and give the high-end relievers another night off.

    Big test tonight for Biloxi's high-powered offense as they will be facing Atlanta's #1 prospect Cam Caminiti.

    Would be nice if the offense could go off today. May goes 6 or 7 strong and then have Wilson finish things up.

    Check out this absolute piss missile from Burke. One of the hardest hit balls I've seen all year.

    Their offense is really good (much better than ours IMO) and it appears as though they have their pitching under control now. This is gonna be a dogfight until the end.

    Miz won't go against the Padres but he'll definitely get a start against the Dodgers, likely on Saturday.

    The Dodgers are completely worthless right now but they'll figure out a way to turn it on come playoff time.

    The Shuckers just scored 6 runs in the 9th to tie things up. Made with 3 hits and Burke with 4 so far.
