    Could I have this virus? I never use IE, only Firefox, but just two days ago I started getting all sorts of pop ups, and they are still happening. I've never had problems with pop ups until now, and every once in a while I get a pop up that I know is not legit that says something attacked my computer and I need to install someone to fix it, then it shows a bar like something is downloading. I know it's not real because it's in a browser, and a lot of words are misspelled. Also my computer has been running a lot slower since then, like right now, as I'm typing this a new window popped up and a video started playing about new tech items...completely random.

    Cubs fans seem to think that Peavy is so mad that he is going to ONLY accept a trade to the Cubs, forcing the Padres to take back very little in a trade when it eventually goes down. Padres, please just keep him.

    If you want to listen to guys who don't know what they are talking about listen to the Big Show on 1250, Doug Russell is probably the best guy at that station. They always take way too many callers, and those callers usually have no idea what they are talking about as well. They are the type that think the Packers would be 10-2 with Favre and that would love to trade Cameron for Cabrera because Cameron SUCKS and STRIKES OUT and CAN'T HIT HIGHER THAN .250, and say good riddance Sheets, and say the Brewers are cheap for not getting CC back. Yeah, those types.

    That's exactly what I was thinking as I was reading that. Why wouldn't you at least look into Hoffman? I wouldn't think he would be too expensive. It's a long off-season though, so hopefully something comes along.

    This is ridiculous. The Cubs are going to give up fringe MLB players, if that, for 3 years of Jake Peavy, or whatever he has on his contract. The Brewers had to give up a big time prospect and another good prospect for 1/2 season of an ace. Irritating.

    I have signed up for the free 30 day trials a couple times. It's good if it's for older games, but getting new releases can take a long time, plus the turn around time is pretty long. It would be hard to play and "beat" 3 games a month with 2 out at a time.

    Agreed on Walsh, he's great. Every character is great, Vince is probably my least favorite character but still pretty good, Lloyd and Ari are hilarious together, and Drama is my favorite character by far, even when he's not saying something funny, I still laugh out loud. The only character I never really liked was Shauna, Vince's publicist, but she hasn't been on much lately.

    Do we have enough Entourage watchers here to make a thread for it? It's without a doubt my favorite TV show, sucks that this weekend is the season finale. There is no way they are going to be able to tie up many things in one 25 minute episode, and then 9 months before any more new episodes.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif Last weeks episode was one of my favorites, Drama's one liners, Turtle's real name, the German all mad while Du Hast is playing, and Vince still struggling, it's a good change from the first couple seasons when they could do no wrong.

    I'm about 5 hours into Fallout 3. I really like it, but it's the first RPG type game I've ever played. I usually stick to sports and first person shooters, so I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm not sure how to level up. Do I just level up naturally as I collect more stuff and kill more things? Right now I can't complete any of the side quests because I can't hack into computers yet because my science attribute isn't high enough, and I can't get into some doors and chests because my lockpick isn't high enough. I'm also addicted to certain things I kept taking to help heal me because I don't know what the stuff is that I pick up, no idea what it does, so I just take it when I'm injured. The instruction manual probably has answers but I rented the game from Gamefly so I don't have one.

    Buster Olney on Mike and Mike said Peavy would probably be made available this offseason and I think he said his contract goes through 2012. The talk was mainly about what the Yankees could offer for him, but could the Brewers match up assuming Sheets and CC both leave.

    I have a bad feeling about tomorrow after what happened today. The Mets won, the Brewers lost, the way the Badgers lost after being up 19-0. I'm being overly negative but I have a feeling the only way for the weekend to end is a Mets win, Brewers, loss, and Packers loss. Someone change my mind quick.
