  1. I am not worried. If the Brewers have taught us anything this year it is not to expect a loss against great pitchers and not expect wins against crappy pitchers. If we are hitting well we can beat anybody, if they arent hitting well my grandma could get through 7 innings
  2. I am pretty sure we are going to dominate. The only question is whether we will break 20 runs or not
  3. We have enough players that cant field worth a lick. I want a guy that can field out there. We cant have a whole team of below average fieldes. That will spell disaster. How bad would our range be if we had Braun Hardy and Dunn on the left side of the field. It would be atrocious

  5. Is there going to be enough room on the bench for all of these guys? You would think they might be breaking the fire code by having approximately 36 people on the bench at all times
  6. This may be a dumb question what the heck does LOOGY even stand for or does it not really stand for anything at all? Is it an acronym or did someone just decide to call left handed specialists loogys?
  7. Ray King-R-Brewers Sep. 4 - 2:29 pm et Brewers acquired LHP Ray King from the Nationals for a player to be named. King rejoins the team he pitched for from 2000-02. The portly specialist had a 4.54 ERA for the Nationals. Left-handers, though, were hitting just .161 off him, showing that he can still be useful while facing one batter at a time. The Brewers are picking him up too late to include him on the playoff roster if they make it.
  8. Link to come (Got it from Rotoworld)
  9. Good start but wow is estrada slow OMG
  10. If you dont count all the games that Prince has hit home runs he has been very mediocre
  11. Man Vick is gonna get maybe 1 year for killing a bunch of dogs and OJ got off clean for killing two people. (not condoning dog killing)
  12. Yeah sure gas prices will be $5 No chance in heck that will ever happen, it is just those darn doomsday predicting disaster over and over again. Sadly eventually they will be right and will be able to pat themselves on the back. Just like 2006 was suppose to be so much worse than 2005, yeah that didnt happen. Ill believe $5 gas prices when I see it, and I probably wont.
  13. I hate people that gloat because they predicted this I hate that the Brewers got friggin embarrased I hate that I care so much
  14. I think we should acquire an entirely new team. Trade every single player except Fielder and Braun
  15. I also would not call them a bad fan. I do have a problem with the crowd that has this opinion though When the Brewers win it is in spite of Yost When they lose it is because of Yost If you wanna rip on him because you dont agree with a certain decision that may or may not have led to a loss you at least have to give him some credit in wins. It goes both ways.
  16. Oregon Trail and Carmen Sandiago ruled. I sucked at Oregon Trail, I am not sure I ever made it to the end, but man I ruled at geography.
  17. Do you they have a nuclear power plant? In all seriousness I have never been that deep into Illinois so I pretty much have nothing to add to this discussion, sorry
  18. How about Hall for Peavy, I would do that http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  19. Here is a dumb question. How were the NFL and the NBA able to get their respective unions to agree to "soft" salary caps? Perhaps it would take a major financial crisis in the MLB to get anything like that done but who knows.
  20. PLasma is the way to go, for about 3 hours a week you can bring home $50-$60
  21. I thought this qoute might fit well here Homer: Oh, people can come up with statistics to prove anything, Kent. 14% of people know that
  22. Nice, a terrible situation that will likely lead to a firing and a very large lawsuit. What a terrible way to die, fishing with your grandfather and you get shot. If you want to kill the snake call animal control, that is what they are there for
