My guess is to get Last night's taste out of our mouths Like such sweet sushi.
  2. IslandsAC
Haha, LOL! I might buy the DVD for ClueLs myself!

On a related Topic, Major League 2 is On TV right now.

Last day of classes, And will the Brewers help me Celebrate tonight? I sure hope Bill Hall Returns to Chuck Norris form, With a roundhouse kick To the collective Face of the Pittsburgh Pirates Pitching staff. Huzzah!

one of the last opporitunities to score some really cheap wings in la crosse 2 night. Delicious and fun times. ran into mike van (fresh off of his intramuraly soccer championsihp), hopefully we can head out and watch the exciting brewers -nationals wednesday mid-day matchup next week. we will probably be two of the 6000 people attending that one...

ahh Freddy Sanchez - the Brewers killer is also the Dave Bush killer. Keep on rolling, crew!
  8. IslandsAC
Well deserved promotion WoOgiE! Keep rolling Brewers... I loved the sign some creepy guy had at the game yesterday, "JJ you make me Hardy" Can they even show that on TV? Come to think of it, can I even post that on this message board?!

Here's my favorite part of the wrap on mlb.com... good things to come!

I don't know why but I have a really really good feeling about this match up. Sheets' ERA is higher than it should be and Looper's is lower than it should be. All things become right in the universe tomorrow night! Here's hoping Weeks shows up at the top of the order tomorrow!

Imagine if you were a Houston fan. Oh wait, just think back to the last several years.

Whats wrong with continuing to bat Hardy second today? It's obviously been working out for him. Its almost as if Yost realized he used a repeat lineup yesterday, and after seeing the results realized his mistake and just went berserk. As I type this, I just saw the lineup on tv, and it actually doesn't look that bad. Funny how its mostly backups, but I feel alright about it. And I take it back, I like Hardy in the 3 spot today. So I guess just forget everything i said! Go brewers

Which would calculate to #DIV/0!# times as many as last year! (of more than 3 games) http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  14. IslandsAC
Haha and here I was looking at his stats and just drooling. Someone should create an adjusted RBI. Something like (RBI / (runners per PA)). does that even work? It's been a while since my elementary stats class...

First of all, Woogie, you never cease to amaze me. Second, how much longer do Jenkins and Mench have to keep it up before they get swapped with Estrada in the lineup? To me, lineup order isn't that big of a deal, but still.... Third, I can't wait to see Braun in that line up!

    And BrewerFan continues to close the gap: Lindsey Gerheim (Army)&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 25% Katie Martin (Missouri State)&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 20% Kate Sheaks (DePaul)&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp 18%

Beautiful quote. Here's to anothing winning road trip! (although I'd be happy with a split)
  18. IslandsAC
My favorite part about the Cubs Message board is that they address their posts to the players, like "hows about yous guys don't lock up the first pick by april" or "hows about yous guys don't suck today" as if the players are reading and taking notes.
  19. IslandsAC
Haha, even on SC when Jenkins' catch made number 2 in the top ten, they accidentally read the script for A-Rod's number one. Nice. East Coast Fruedian slip?
  20. IslandsAC
I could be wrong, but I think this is the first time I get to actually watch Suppan on TV. Weird.
  21. IslandsAC
    1000?
  22. IslandsAC
Wow, that was one of the most entertaining games I've watched in a while. Reminds me of when Wes Helms hit the walk off in the 13th against Florida a few years ago after the Brewers were down 5-0 in the 9th. But this is the Cubs!! Ned made a couple really great managerial moves tonight, I thought. He also made a couple really questionable ones I thought, but I'm sure glad I didn't have his job tonight!! Great feel-good win!
  23. IslandsAC
The pictures are nice, but my favorite is the Chart 'O Standings. Nice.
  24. IslandsAC
Well Zach Duke joins Mark Buehrle at the top of my 2006 Fantasy Team Disappointments, so lets hope he doesn't have a similar fate tonight.
  25. IslandsAC
    Gameday shows: Weeks - 2b Hardy - ss Mench - lf Hall - cf Estrada - c Hart - rf Miller - 1b Graffy - 3b Vargas - p line up number 11 of 13 on the year?
