  1. Hey! An earned run! Still 8 outs to play with.
  2. This is incredibly stupid. These boys need a whooping from Yost before tomorrow's game. That or they need to be out at the park at 8am fielding grounders, and be there an hour early for batting practice.
  3. HEEEEEEEEEY!!!! Double Play! I've never been so happy in my entire life. Ever.
  4. Soriano with the bases loaded...Whoopee.
  5. Brewers: Officially the worst defensive team in the league. Instead of playing with 27 outs, opponents can play with 28, 29, 30 outs. Ridiculous.
  6. Stupid walks. Buckle down now Jorge. We need to stay in this.
  7. Retiring the side makes me happy http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif So does scoring runs...A 3-run homer would do wonders for this team.
  8. Holy cow, that curve froze me there! And due to some apocalyptical anomaly, the Nats don't score that inning.
  9. Must you leave everything up in the zone JDLR? Let's get out of it!
  10. That's what happens when you neglect the pitcher, Doug.
  11. Last 6 Sellouts (or 40K + Crowds) at Miller Park: May 20, 2006: Lost 16-10 vs. Twins May 13, 2006: Lost 9-8 vs. Mets. April 3, 2006: Won 5-2 vs. Pirates August 27, 2005: Lost 8-4 vs. Braves August 13, 2005: Lost 4-1 vs. Reds July 16, 2005: Lost 5-3 vs. Nationals Jus throwing that out there. We need this one though (duh), and DD should give us a good shot.
  12. Let's bust out some major bats today!!! A bad series in Pittsburgh...Let's put it behind us and take it out on these Nats. GO CREW!
  13. Aaaaaaaand 1-2-3 go the Brewers. Yeesh, this doesn't look good so far.
  14. This is stupid. You've gotta be kidding me.
  15. Yost needs to start ripping in to these guys for fundamental issues. Between yesterday and today, the Crew has given their opponents an extra 5 or 6 outs to play with because of stupid mental mistakes.
  16. Oh god Doug, give us a chance tonight! Strikes = Good.
  17. Prince Fielder with another one of his beautiful opposite field doubles, and for the 5th straight game, the Brewers are out to a 2-0 lead after an inning. (With the exception of yesterday, it was 2-0 after 2 innings). Beautiful so far. Throw strikes now Doug!
  18. Oh man, the Cubs have tied the Braves at 12 in the 9th.
  19. Eh, you can't win 'em all. Considering the alternatives, I'm in the "don't pull Eveland quite yet camp," but his performance today was shaky, though he was bailed out a few times. If we can take 3 of 4 in Pittsburgh (not an easy task at all), it would be huge going home to face the Nats and the Pads.
  20. Finally, In an offensive "outburst" The Cubs have scored 8 runs. Unfortunately for them, Atlanta has gotten 12 across. That's in the top of the 7th.
  21. Lyle Overbay has gone yard twice for Toronto, but it looks like the White Sox will beat them.
  22. Guh, the inning shoulda been over before Howard got up there. That was bad on many levels.
  23. That was bound to happen. No way to you get that many oppurtunities and not capitalize eventually.
