This is fun, and earlier than we thought. This pace may be hard to sustain, but I think they are good enough to stay on the winning side. Summer should be fun!

Did anybody at the game notice extra heavy security? I do not recall see so many vested and loaded officers at any game ever. I leave though the center-field doors, and encountered a police car with its officer standing by with a kick ass assault style weapon with what appeared to be laser sights and other attachments watching people leave. It was in a down-pointing position, but her finger was poised near the trigger. Just wonder if it was extra for Memorial Day, or if they were watching for something.

There have been good lively crowds this year, but I have to say this was extra. Folks were into it greatly, and no one started the wave!! Fun day to be there!

Yes you make a good point. Yet I think Stearns knows more about his minor league systems than us and would rather keep some guys there to get daily playing time. Your last 2-3 major league roster guys are probably never better than some of the top minor league guys, they are place fillers until guys are ready. You can see that, perhaps in what was thought by many the early Arcia call up. Yes, he got daily at bats, but was just not ready for the show. I do not know what you base your statement that CC plays his back end more than others, but if you have data on that, it would be interesting. Thank you -

I am not sure what your meaning is, unless you are saying Villar gets more criticism because he is Latino. In that case, we agree to to a point. However, my original post was not heavily sarcastic, just a mild tweet in there. -

Well you missed the point. I am just saying we know what he is and do not need to keep pounding away at it. BTW I was never a Villar trasher. As far as "Debbie Downers" I merely refer to the probability we will hit a rough patch, as all teams do, let's enjoy this for now. I hope that is clearer to you. -

Just one opinion. Can we put a hold on the Sogard hate on break? Yes, I know he is why the Brewers are in last place, but still.... Would also like to hear just a bit less from all the folks who know CC plays him because he is little, skinny and can't hit, just like CC. Let's enjoy this for now before the bound to happen slump occurs, and we can select new demons. -

he lost his arm actually 2 years ago. But Counsel loves him. Our last two games that we lost were the result of logan. He is so awful that most of us shut the game off when he went in. We finally got rid od drake to the Tribe for $100,000, maybe the tribe will want Logan back. It cant hurt to ask. $50,000? At any rate, i doubt he stays with us. It does limit Counsel if we get rid of Logan unless we can stretch what we have. Yesterday, We could have only pitched hader till the 8.2 mark and allowed Knoeble to finish and then brought in hader today for another inning. How do you know Counsell "loves him"? Are you in his head, do you have a plant in the clubhouse? That is so BS. Also, learn to spell Corey Knebel.
