  1. Bill is praising Perez for his offensive abilities http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  2. I am absolutely convinced that Hardy is being sent down when Branyan comes back. I can't believe Melvin would allow Hardy to use up a year of service time while sitting on the bench.
  3. You guys realize that Jenks our best hitter when the game isn't within four runs. So, if the game had been tied up in the 9th, then Jenkins HR would have been a "clutch" start to a great rally. Since they didn't, it doesn't "count", right? Blah.
  4. Great game, great to meet you guys. Too much fanfest beer... time for bed http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  5. why dont you go find a misleading and out of context qoute to use as your tag line? O no, please don't tell people about my quoting Spivey! It's so embarrassing. Is that REALLY the best you have? I was stoked as every Brewer fan should have been. ~Scoop, refering to the Jenkins signing. What a great example. If you predict something and it's right, you are a genius. If it's wrong, well only a fool WOULDN'T have believed what you thought. There was a substatial contingency at brewerfan.net that whole heartedly disageed with the Jenkin's signing. We were right, you were dead wrong. Admit it. As for your "Brewers will finish 3rd, ahead of the Cards" it was exactly the same thing. When you predicted that, most called you out immediately. It was obvious that you were overestimating the Brewers and underestimating the Cards. What did you do? Bash everyone for not being smart enough to realize that you would be right. Then, when you couldn't have been MORE wrong (Brewers finish 6th and Cards go to the World Series) one would expect you to admit it atleast. O no, not good ol' scoop. I mean, you almost NEVER make a wrong prediction http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif If you end up being right about Hall, good call. Now if you could just sop forgetting about the other dozen "predictions" that were silly wrong.
  6. Which I am most of the time, thank you very little. ... and the winner of the Brwerfan.net most shamelessly self congratulatory post goes to..... Scoooooop! Everytime you post some post patting your own back I think of the 500 posts I had to read where you explained just how GOOD Geoff Jenkins really is and how great it was that he was signed to a long term deal. I guess that was your only mistake.
  7. Nice AB, Moeller http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif Hey, Ben's off the hook http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  8. I love Magruder http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  9. Small sample from this year aside, Overbay hit's Lefties fine. magruder doesn't hit ANYONE fine!
  10. bASES LOADED. Overbay needs to pinch hit for Magruder here!
  11. rbi... neifi..... sheesh Sheets finally get's more than 1 run of support and of COURSE he pitches bad.
  12. Someone please add up the stats for the 2 Lees this series. thanks.
  13. How bout we walk DLee to start off the inning? So you guys honestly think Lee should be intentionally walked every AB, no matter the situation?
  14. Intentional walk with 1 out in the first? Make him pay, Helms!
  15. Ballgame. It may be a BIT early to call it over. You know, since the Brewers haven't even batetd yet and all.
  16. 2-1, Brewers. Cub's only run on, you guessed it, a solo shot by the evil Lee.
  17. I saw that scoring decision and got excited, as to me it was a rare instance of scorekeepers holding fielders accountable rather than punishing pitchers. Yeh, well it looks like they reversed the call. While not an easy play it seems like a ML outfielder SHOULD make that play. I mean, anytime an outfielder jumps and tries to make a catch shoulder-hieght, you have to wonder about it.
  18. So I'm going to drive from Sturgeon Bay to Milwaukee tomm to see if i can make $10 scalping my ticket. I am then going to go to a bar and drink that money away and watch the Brewers. When they make some stupid mistake I will buy a shot and play darts. That sounds alot better than listening to 35k Cubs fans cheer for the Cubs after another stupid Brewer's play.
  19. I wish our manager didn't smoke crack. I bet he stares at the sun alot.
  20. Macgruder is Yost's NEW favorite player. Yost must have one lover, err I mean battler, that he goes to more often than his production warrants.
  21. Why do they interview the opposing team when they win!? I CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THE OPPOSING TEAM YOU FRIGGIN IDIOTS. FOX SPORTS NET, BILL AND DARON ARE ALL IDIOTS. Brainard congratulated Bernie. That's great. These guys are absolutely CLUELESS. Are you reading this Sutton? OUR MOST HATED RIVALS AND THEY ARE CONGRATULATING THEM.
  22. Magruder contrinues to Stink, yet Yost just HAS to make him the first option off the bench? Meanwhile Helms is batting .300. WHY!!!!!??? Yost sure loves to play favorites.
  23. THIS TEAM DOES NOT HIT IN THE CLUTCH PERIOD Yeh! And when Overbay hit that 2 run HR, there's wasn't even a runner in scoring position no were there 2 outs! What a waste! Hall with a leadoff double. Weeks and Jenkins, let's go!
  24. Plays Good Defense: Nope. Good Baserunner: Nope. Get's on Base: Yep. 1 outa three ain't bad, Clark. It's funny, because the Brewer's margin of error is alot smaller with a $45 mil payroll but they CONTINUE to kill themselves on STUPID stuff. Clark looks up with the silly idea of throwing the runner out at 3B; He takes his eye off the ball and let's it bounce past him, causing the Cub's lead to extend to 2 run late in the game. ALL the Cub's runs have come with 2 outs. ARGHHHHH!
