  1. Right? He wasn’t the problem. Got Tatis on the first pitch, a hit from Merrill, then an insanely good bunt from Machado. Ortiz should have thrown to first. A walk and pop out.
  2. Jeez. I seriously haven’t watched Schindlers List since I saw it in the theater. But you definitely win on being tired, no doubt!!
  3. I was about to say, I’m too old for this. I felt it so hard this morning, but because I love this team, I’ll do it.
  4. Man, my biggest takeaway from that list is only 2 pitchers with over 100 career wins as brewers’? Just a reminder of the dark days us long suffering fans have been through.
  5. WILD BILL MAKES UP FOR HIS USING A CHALLENGE ON THE FIRST PITCH OF THE GAME!!
  6. OK. They have 2. But it’s what the score at the end is.
  7. Got through the first. That’s big. Now to start working Pivetta’s pitch count.
  8. Probably crying about Mason Miller “abandoning” his team because he and his wife can’t plan a baby well.
  9. Dusty Baker became the Astros manager after Jeff Luhnow and AJ Hinch were fired.
  10. I’m nervously excited for tonight. I had a cup of coffee about 2:30, so staying awake should be good. Let’s wrap this up tonight and move on after the Dodgers and Braves beat each other up.
  11. As I learned many years ago when Ray Rhodes was sadly the coach of the Packers for one year, if you set your expectations as low as possible, you more than likely won't be disappointed and possibly, you'll be surprised. If I expect no games, and games happen, SURPRISE!! If I expect a number of games and that number isn't met or no games happen, I'm disappointed. I can't tell you how much that has helped with sports, including the Packers this year.
