It was fun. Silly, goofy, whatever you want to call it. Was it Oscar worthy? Of course not. But the song is fun and the concept is fun.

Awesome. Loved it!! It really seems like there is some great chemistry on this team, and they are relaxed and having fun. I know it's only 8 games in, but we could be in for an amazing ride this year!

Wow. I'll have to look up the context.....but wow. This is what was quoted. "Sure, this country has a black president, but when you look at a black president, President Obama is left with his foot stuck in the mud from all of the Republicans with the way he's treated." "We still have a long ways to go in the country." He's entitled to his beliefs, no doubt. But sharing them publicly can definitely alienate people. -
Braun April Fools and the classiness of Cardinal fans

Another classy Cardinal is McGwire, who denied staking steroids right up until he admitted it. Tell me Classy Friend, if Braun shouldn't be in baseball, why is McGwire? Cardinal fans should be quiet about steroids, given LaRussa managed the A's when they were the shot in the butt that started widespread PED use in MLB. He had to know and possibly condone what was going on. He was pretty darn quick to bring Big Mac and the steroid culture to Cardinal Nation. I hear ya. Totally taken aback by the whole "Braun should be out of baseball because he denied it" thing. -
How much has Logan played in right? Isn't he a natural CF?

I have plenty of college friends who are Cardinal fans, and this is the response I get from one of them. Friend: " LOL! It's just plain foolish that he is still on any baseball team!" My response: "Are you talking about Jhonny Peralta?" Friend: "No. I am talking about Braun. The way that Peralta went about his punishment would have served as a classy model for how Braun should have embraced his punishment." Well there ya go! Cardinals fans.....always classy and can't take a joke since.......forever.

This. I thought when it happened, I don't know if Rickie gets to that. And just totally impressed with Scooter. His approach on his hit to left field was fantastic. What a great game! You mean the one hopper 2 steps to his left, 25 feet on the OF grass? No, the one that bounced off of K-Rod's glove, and Scooter got to it, stepped on second and nearly turned the double play.

My answer is no. Here's why. Hardy was traded because Escobar was coming up quickly. Then.....Escobar became a chip for Greinke. Then.....you're left with Yuni. You trade Mean Jean and what are you left with? Bianchi? Yuni? Reynolds? Makes no sense. Keep him.
