Possibility the Brewers are done making moves?
craigharmann replied to Tennik's topic in Transaction Rumors & Proposals
That would be great! I could get behind something like Beckham and Rios for Gamel and someone else or a bunch of stuff for Hanley Ramirez....yeah, I'm totally dreaming on the Hanley idea, but gosh, wouldn't he look great in the number 5 spot? MUCH better than McGehee! -
I'd do this. McGehee, Gindl and a lower level pitcher to the Cubs for Ramirez.
-
He'd probably be better at short than Yuni!

Greatest Week(end) in sports history?
craigharmann replied to brewtank34's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
It would only be great if Hanley Ramirez becomes a Brewer, Taylor Green comes up and possibly another pitcher gets picked up. -
Doesn't everyone know that winning is the most important thing? Come on! 15-12, 2-1, a win is a win!
-
I go with this in mind. ABTY. Anyone better than Yuni.

Should the Brewers be a seller instead?
craigharmann replied to paul253's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
In a word...seriously? In another word....why? In another word.....NO!!!!! -
How can anyone be surprised? Plush does not surprise, he amazes! The Plushdamentals are what every boy and girl throughout the universe should ascribe to! Morgan and Plush are neither one and the same, that's like saying Santa Claus is the tooth fairy or something crazy like that! We all know the Easter bunny is the tooth fairy!!

He would be a great choice to replace Narvy after a SS upgrade.

DM-- "Hey, and that, we took the wrong B player in Betancourt, and that. Can we have a do-over, and that? Betemit for Betancourt, and that. You can see how it was pretty easy to mix up, and that". Seriously, though...someone other than Yuni needs to be at short. McGehee, take him or leave him, I think Green would be better, but I trust Doug!!
-
Boy, if that was the case.....I'd be ecstatic! I believe Reyes is the best available SS out there, and is a gigantic upgrade over Yuni. I really believe, especially after last night, DM is going all in for this year. Prince is as good as gone, especially after the AS MVP, so this is the best chance. Casey may or may not pick it back up, but the biggest weakness is SS. If DM can get Reyes, I'd love it!!

Brad Pitt as Billy Beane? Hmm....
-
He golfed that one, eh Buck? Moron.
-
Oh man.....It's Tim McCarver.....there's a reason I don't usually watch Fox baseball.
-
So wait....I'm confused....is this a commercial for Chevy, Pepsi, American Idol, or The X Factor?
-
Excellent!!!

Post All Star Greinke needs to be significantly better than pre All Star Greinke. If that happens, it lessens the need for improvement at those two spots. Well, at least it washes out in the end. I haven't been able to watch a whole lot of games, but having passable range at short would probably help ZG a bunch. Granted, he's gotta make the pitches, and I think he's going to get back into form come the 2nd half, but yeah, it comes down to the guys who have been good need to keep it up and the guys who are stinking up the joint need to not stink up the joint or stink up the joint a bit less.
-
I think it all depends on upgrades at short and third.

If Kotsay walks it off tonight, does BF.net explode? Edit: Nevermind....we're all safe.

Well, Hart got Weeks to 3rd.

Time for some Plushdamentals!

That my 3 day vacation at Corpus Christi is done tomorrow. Sadly, work needs to be done so that money can be had to pay bills and buy food. But relaxing on the beach sure is nice!!

Bill Michaels loves Bill Michaels. Awful move. So does the Good Feet store, Kinetico and Skyline Chili or anything from Cincinnati!

From looking at the newspaper from Brownwood, where he's from, he had cardiac arrest at the hospital and died. This is really sad for his wife and son, for the other fans around him, and for Josh Hamilton and the other players who witnessed it. Prayers go up for all.
