Well, here's the easy way to figure it out....Jerry Hairston Jr. is named Jerry Hairston Jr. because his father is also named Jerry Hairston. Just like Ken Griffey Jr. is named Ken Griffey Jr. or Dale Earnhardt Jr. is named Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Looking forward to getting some work done this afternoon while sitting at Panera, drinking coffee, and listening to Uke and Cory on the headphones!!! Can't wait!!
I think the most important thing that all of this is doing is building up confidence and team unity. A lot of that can be overplayed, but I think it's important. Keeping clubhouse loose and the team (and fans) having confidence that when Kotsay comes up with the bases loaded, the game is over. It's a great ride!!!
"I don't want to lose your love.....TONIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT". Man, this is amazing. Once Prince walked, I just had that feeling that here we go, we're getting a walkoff win. Sure enough!! 21-5 over the last 26....amazing!!!!
From a little googling, I found that the 1899 Cleveland Spiders were eliminated after 105 games. They were 17-88 and were behind Brooklyn, who had a record of 67-34. Brooklyn had 53 games to play and was up 54 games in the loss column. Crazy!!
I just counted it up and the Brewers have won 20 out of their last 25 games. I can't remember a stretch where the Brewers as a team were this locked in and finding ways to win! I just love it!!!!
Actually, "Marry me tube top CHICK" would work well. Funny thing is, he posted the same exact thing in the IGT, and I thought it would be funny to direct him to this thread. I didn't think he'd post the same thing. But it's still funny.
