    That might have been the most ridiculous play of the game today, which is saying something. Braun just gave up on the ball 25 feet from where it landed to let Moustakas try to twist around and catch it.

    How much of an upgrade can be expected for next to nothing? This just seems like an unreasonable expectation to me. Freddy Galvis has a 1.4 WAR this year and has been between a 1.2 and 2.3 WAR the past 5 years and was just picked up on waivers for nothing.

    For all the talk of Grandal sucking offensively lately, Moustakas is hitting .239/.310/.406 in his last 200 plate appearances.

    12.5% of Odor's unintentional walks on the season have come in this game. That's a stat you see 20 games into a season, not 120.

    That catch by Moustakas is exactly why Brian annoys me. It wasn't some great, amazing catch. It was fairly routine, you don't need to sell it as more than that.
