  1. Don't know if you guys knew this but Paul Molitor used to play for the Brewers.
  2. Fangraphs has Hader's change as a well below average pitch. Sale's was above average the second he got to the majors. MLB Pipeline had Hader's changeup at a 45, a below average offering.
  3. Santana should bunt him to 3rd. Two outs? Who cares?
  4. 71 mph curveball right down the middle and Arcia swings right through it.
  5. Have you watched this game? The pen isn't great but Counsell has managed it incredibly poorly tonight.
  6. Thames has been Mitch Moreland since May offensively.
  7. Our late inning offense vs the Twins bullpen. The unstoppable suck vs the immovable stink. Unstoppable suck wins the 8th inning!
  8. Our late inning offense vs the Twins bullpen. The unstoppable suck vs the immovable stink.
  9. If he was that uncomfortable with the lead Rosario could get by virtue of having a shift on, why not send a defender back towards 3rd? Not all the way but far enough to the point where a potential steal attempt of home wouldn't have been a possibility?
  10. I think my favorite part of that was the jump as it sails 30 feet over his head.
  11. Well you were basically right. Mauer hit a bullet, just right at Braun.
  12. I've posted the link a few times...but the Brewers tend to get a lot of bad calls from the home plate umpire. For some reason I thought you said behind home plate meaning seats and not directly behind the catcher. That would be cool. Sitting behind home plate in seats sucks.
  13. I think calling balls and Strikes from behind the pitcher through an HDTV screen is a lot easier than calling them from behind the catcher. That being said I'm not saying they shouldn't get the calls right because they've been doing it a long time and they have a lot more training on what to look for. I for one am totally okay with the day they go to robots. I would love to stand behind the catcher and see first hand what that looks like in person. I think it would be an eye opening experience. It's actually a pretty terrible view of the entire game.
  14. Everything about the 5th inning just screams let's send Hader back out for another inning.
  15. And contact isn't necessarily going to work for Broxton because the Rays would play the infield in and do everything they can to prevent the run from scoring.
  16. Why unfortunately? Cheering on the USA is a bad thing? How is singing a song cheering for the USA?
  17. You see Barnes yesterday and think, gee, I just have to use this guy tomorrow in a tie game.
  18. They formed a partnership with FS Wisconsin about a week ago so now they're going to beat that commercial to death.
  19. God Bless America is so stupid and unnecessary and that group of idiots just made me deaf.
  20. Villar is currently a better option than Sogard. *ducks*
  21. How do you not realize the ball isn't in your glove?
