Agreed, Dodgers need to do something. If he signed with Toronto because Roberts talked (which is a dumb reason to do so), he has got to be in some hot water. Would have bet my house he stayed in LA.

If this tournament returns in 2024-25 (and it will), they need to relook at their courts, that game was borderline unwatchable, with a red and blue court, and then the white and yellow uniforms.

I have been on this for some time, they haven't had a decent long term option at 1st since Prince really and Aram at 3rd. If they move their stars before they hit FA, it would be nice that atleast one corner IF is addressed with a young guy. They have been kicking the can down the road for some time. They drafted Wilken, who may help in a few years at least. -
makes sense. Better to just pass then to use up a 40 man roster spot for even the spring.

only 9 rule V selections in the MLB portion of the draft. I don't ever remember less selections off of the top of my head.

The bigger question is what will the brewers do at backup Catcher. They have Quero, but he hasn't hit Nashville yet, and doesn't profile as a big league backup playing once a week. There aren't really any internal options. I know there are tons of backups that are limited offensively and OK behind the plate, so we shall see. -
There is some space between brewers and bucks. The brewers and packers have statewide appeal, I don't think the bucks really do.

First of all, a tournament where all that is on the line is some money for players doesn't really interest me. MLB would be harder to pull off than NBA, it would probably have to be best of 3 series, at least in the knockout rounds. Group play could really be in a pod where games are played in 1 or 2 stadiums.

I acquired DK Metcalf earlier this season, and am facing the guy who made the deal with me this week, us both needing wins to lockup playoff spots. His 37 points should help me greatly!

Burnes won the cy young his last year before he was eligible for arbitration and he was rewarded with 6.5 million. last year he made 10.1 which is the average of the deal for a kid who has done nothing above double A. I don't hate the move, but there is risk on both sides by doing it. (Chourio leaving money on the table / brewers getting stuck with a bad deal).

yes. no incentive to hold him back. if he wins ROY, brewers get an extra 1st round pick basically.

Give it time, they switched point guards right before camp and have a rookie coach

They may have lost, but they made a statement this week that they are going to be a factor in late March and early April. The increase in their sos will help and they will move up to at least 3 on Monday in the rankings. they lost by 3 which was a 70ft halftime prayer. I won’t get too upset about todays results

They were down by 12 against ucla also. I’d like for them to win but it honestly isn’t a huge deal. Beating Kansas was the mission, this is a bonus

Big test of the bucks tonight, 2 best teams in the east’s first matchup. Will see where the bucks are. Both teams completed changed their identity right before training camp, so i get both teams are learning how to play together. would be nice to get a W though.
