  1. A guy like Bohm would interest me, Not because he is great but because he is a vet in his last season before free agency. It bridges the gap between today and when Fischer, Pratt, Wilkens etc,. I don't think it makes sense to get a young guy with a few years of control. I think Bohm would put up similar numbers to Durbin actually.
  2. I understa I understand what they did. I'm sure they really liked Harrison. They feel they have a bunch of 3rd base prospects that project closer to a traditional 3rd baseman.
  3. I would have to think this was a precursor to another move, I'm fine with moving Durbin because I never thought he was a every day 3rd baseman and his value is high right now, but it seems like the possible replacements in the minors are still a year away.
  4. Passan adds that Monasterio, Seigler, and a competitive balance pick is going to Boston. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2026/02/brewers-trade-caleb-durbin-red-sox.html
  5. interesting move, but I have no idea who is playing 3rd this year now. Nice to get back a young lefty though for someone who is more of a utility guy rather than every day 3rd baseman.
  6. I guess my perception of his struggles were out of each, thanks for the statistical analysis. I don’t think Banda will get past the 13 other teams on the waiver wire before the Brewers. I do think Banda could help though.
  7. they do. But there is the thing. I would rather have him than Peralta or Rob Z. Zerba, Ashby, and Hall are more long relief / spot starter types. Koenig is solid but wears down the stretch because he is over used.
  8. I do not think he will do as well as he did last season, that would be hard to do. I do think he will be fine though. I see Bauers still getting clutch homers and being a competent backup.
  9. Dodgers are DFA'ing him. I think he could help in the brewers pen. appeared in 71 games last season, 5-1, 61k's / 65 IP. sub 3.5 era https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2026/02/dodgers-designate-anthony-banda-for-assignment.html He is owed 1.65 million next season, i can't see him clearing waivers and I'd be shocked if he made it to Milwaukee but you never know....
  10. Not really. He is young, a former g league mvp that will be UFA after this season too. He will get some PT to see if he can help. Reminds me of getting KPJ last deadline. ricards is older and could help get some more wins, that shouldn’t be the teams focus anymore.
  11. Not sure what was the plan today, I get (but disagree) with getting a Morant and trying to make a playoff run, I get (and wanted) some kind of fire sale. Even if you keep Giannis, Horst could have traded some vets for picks and tried to sell Giannis on a quick rebuild centered around him. They did neither, the one trade that they made doesn’t help playoff chances nor helps their lottery odds.
  12. except for they traded Richards to the Bulls. And that was my point the grade was more due to not trading Giannis rather than the actual trade they made in a vacuum.
  13. i find it absolutely hilarious that bleacher report gave the bucks a D for this trade and the suns an A, I see this is a big nothing burger for both teams and both teams should be graded similarly. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/25380337-grading-every-deal-2026-nba-trade-deadline
  14. this is a rare year where the bucks have a great chance to get a top lottery pick, even with the pick swap. If they can get 1 or 2 more 1sts, it could accelerate the rebuild if Horst doesn't mess it up (thats a big IF).
  15. If they move Giannis (i am way less certain of that happening by tomorrow as I was even over last weekend) then Bucks should also move any player that they can get a future asset for.
  16. I know he is Larry Nance's kid. I think he was in Oshkosh on a 2 way deal.
  17. Based on what the Reds announced today, and assuming it’s the same as what the Brewers will do, you can get the MLB,tv brewers app for 20 bucks a month or 100 for the season or continue to watch on the service you did in 2025. Doesn’t seem like much is changing
  18. for example, last year WWE pay per views were on peacock and it was 9.99 / month. Now they are streaming on ESPN + for 34.99. I would imagine you would need a MLB.tv account and then have to do the "local team" upgrade. With Main Street Sports no longer paying for rights, that money needs to be made somehwere.
  19. before we are celebrating, lets see how much the streaming plans are and what cable channels they are on. The devil is in the details.
  20. ESPN proposed this, I can get behind it assuming you can buyout or trade Jimmy Buckets. Trades to Atlanta or Philly that involve Johnson or Edgecombe respectively intrigue me. Golden State Warriors get: Giannis Antetokounmpo Myles Turner Milwaukee Bucks get: Jimmy Butler III Jonathan Kuminga Brandin Podziemski 2026 first-round pick 2028 first-round pick 2030 first-round pick (if 1-20) 2031 first-round swap 2032 first-round pick
  21. I doubt Doc would want to return next season nor would the Bucks want him to. He came here to coach Dame and Giannis and win a ring. None of that is happening. Its been a while since I looked at their contracts but my point is, changing coaches now does little to help the team in 2026.
