  1. Have you been watching the dark side of wrestling on vice. Very good as well, but definitely not as family friendly. These a&e ones are great and brings back great memories of the hay day of wrestling in my youth. That’s when they tried to outdo themselves each Monday.
  2. Big Sky wrapped up season 1 last night, its very good. But i did learn that Kelley is not producing season 2, so thats not a good sign. Only other show that i have been watching is Mare of Eastown which is also very good. Last Man Standing ends it run tomorrow which was really the last sitcom that i enjoyed on network TV.
  3. peacock also took away the ability to rewind, start late, or pause during live events which if frustrating.
  4. Switched from www network to peacock today, the interface is definitely not as easy to negotiate. Hopefully it will just take some getting used to
  5. i did watch AEW during the stay at home time because there was nothing else on TV. Overall I did enjoy it but as things have opened up I found I don't have the time to watch it. That being said, I may have to go and find this match and watch it. Britt Baker was a good heel during the time I did watch.

    Pizza

yeah just get a totino's square pizza. its the same.
  7. looks like he was traded for a lottery ticket. if the brewers gave up a lottery ticket for him, i would have been OK with that.
  8. overall the PPV was pretty good. Belair was the odds on favorite and won, which I'm ok with. Edge was the 2nd highest favorite, not sure what there is to gain from him winning minus adding to his legacy. I wish WWE would use the RR as a springboard to younger wrestles to push and not give it to a guy who already retired a decade ago due to neck issues. and if they wanted to give it to an older guy Bryan would have made more sense.
  9. This weekend is still the best event of the year in wrestling. It has definitely lost some luster the last few years with the lack of surprise entrants. Obviously a significant number of NXT and alumi will be in the Womans match, but the mens side really hasn't been doing that this in recent years (although Edge coming back last year was an all time moment). I will predict Bliss on the womans side (not shocked if its Belair though) On the mens side i'm going with the fiend/ wyatt as a surprise entrant / winner. just really hopes Goldberg doesn't win, he wins every time he comes back for the one off PPV title matches though

    Pizza

you can't beat the price and I think Little Caesars is hit or miss for me. I used to like Papa John's but it has gone way down hill. The issue is that there are so many local pizza joints that make excellent pizza for not much more, there is no reason to not patronize them. I live less than 2 miles from balistreri's in Wauwatosa so thats my goto.

    Pizza

its the best "fast food" pizza by far
  12. Very sad to learn of Brodie Lee / Luke Harpers passing over the weekend. Came out today that he has been pretty sick since October. I always thought he was very underrated / under utilized in WWE https://www.sescoops.com/2020/12/more-details-on-brodie-lees-passing/?fbclid=IwAR3pGAjBdpKef1E3gCoSSbFXf2ki3kVjf-dIMKwdYFl4qPM_i1Zgxb-QbTA
  13. I wish I would have watched AEW live last night, but watched NXT instead. Its cool to have him back as a regular character, but at 61 you can't expect much. It will be interesting to see who he aligns with. I am assuming its simply in a managerial role since he already stared down Arn Anderson.
  14. I have used both. Youtube TV has a better lineup (slightly). Only channel that I would occasionally watch that I don't have now is Comedy Central. The interface on Youtube TV is significantly better. Hulu TV is nice that you get access to Hulu included. i hate that you can't fast forward commercials when watching DVR'd stuff on Hulu. I have Hulu now, if neither service can figure out FS Wisconsin by spring training I'll have to figure out something else, which will probably be suck it up and go back to cable.
  15. maybe you could create something like the WWE network? Obviously the brewers cannot create their own network with 24/7 programming. If they did create something that one could watch on their phones / computer or smart TV and have on demand content, it could work. The issue is that you have to make money somehow. Right now everyone that has cable pays for the brewers game whether you watch them or not. Now you are decreasing your customer base by just getting money from baseball fans. Also you have a massive upfront cost to create the app. I would think you need all MLB teams to work together to create one app for all teams.
  16. youtube TV dropped all fox sports regional networks effective today. Seems like the deal they reached earlier this year was just to cover the NBA, NHL and MLB seasons and then expired. Its sad that they just had a 15 dollar rate increase, and got rid of pretty much the only reason i have the service. I'll try hulu live, but have heard nothing but bad things about it. I really don't want to go back to cable, but it may be the only option left.
  17. looks like becky lynch will be hanging it up due to pregnancy. Her segment was as genuine of a moment as you can have in WWE. Loved Asuka's reaction since she didn't know what was up when she went out there. probably will make a return for a wrestlemania or summer slam in a few years, but likely won't see her for a while. she was always my favorite of the "woman's revolution" Have been watching AEW more often of late with all sports taking a break. I have to admit it is better than Raw or Smackdown consistently, but still think NXT is the top show in the industry. the main event last week between Y2k and some other guy and hardy/omega, was as good of a match you will see on cable TV.
  18. For what it’s worth fs Wisconsin is still on YouTube live. I thought it was gone starting today?
  19. The advice is, basically, Hulu Live TV or AT&T TV NOW ... until those services ultimately drop it as well. The speculation is that Hulu Live TV might be safe for now, as it is a Disney-owned company, and Sinclair literally just bought the Fox RSNs from Disney 6 months ago. its probably the way to go, I went with youtube tv because hulu tv doesn't stream through my PS4. I think by just buying a roku stick and switching is what I am going to do.
  20. me too, I had youtube tv for a while and loved it. switching to hulu tv, hopefully they don't run into rights issues this summer.
  21. Thanks, I was close to signing up for sling, wasn't aware that fox pulled out. Maybe youtube TV is the way to go.
  22. I decided to cut the cord and was wondering what people use to do so. Really my own requirements are to be able to watch fs Wisconsin, fs1 and USA. ESPN would be nice. I think sling blue is the best option for me, but I’d lose ESPN.

    Pizza

of the fast food pizza chains, papa john's is my favorite, but admittingly i haven't had it in years and papa john recently said it has changed. We normally get pizza hut which is perfectly fine for what it is, there isn't really a papa john's close to us anymore to deliver. favorite forzen pizza is Emil's.

    Pizza

Growing up my favorite spot was Guido G's on the southside in Milwaukee, which closed years ago. Favorite spots now, Maria's Pizza, Pizza Shuttle, Balistreri's
  25. Yes, when you make a 4-1 trade, both teams can win. The brewers got what they wanted (needed) and hopefully the Marlins can too. I am not worried at this given time about any prospect we gave up. I won't freak out on one start from Jordan, since MLB debuts always seem to go like his or be a disaster.
