Monroe and Turner couldn't be more of different player. Monroe was slow and couldn't shoot. Turner reminds me a lot of Brook but is much younger. Can guard the rim and hit the 3.

buyouts happen so the player can leave for a better situation. Its like you can take our money and rot for a non-contender. or you can leave for less and sign where you want. Also I would imagine the bought out player makes as much or more by doing this.

I'd still like them to get a vet PG. Maybe CP3 isn't a terrible idea to come in and mentor the 2 young PGs and play 15-20 min.

@Samurai Bucky my preference is Brogdon. I’d like to get someone that can get more assists than Paul or Malcom, but not sure who that is. I’d love for them to figure out how to get Jrue back via trade, but can’t see a path.

@BrewerFan lakers make sense. Replaces LeBron if he is done after this season. I said Miami only because thats where he wanted to go before he went to the bucks. I think wherever it will be a warm weather town.

maybe he will end there, but not for this upcoming contract. I think he will want to go somewhere warm, LAL or Miami is most likely. Portland isn't a contender.

Maybe Rollins is a procedural thing. Have to be under the cap to get the lillard and turner deal done and will resign him after that’s done?

He wanted to go the heat. Either way, I wish him well, I wish it worked out better. I still think if that of Giannis and dame were healthy in 2024-26. Get brook for 2/18, they would be a better team. That wasn’t the case and it’s hard to have 1/3 of cap out for the year when another player that is 1/3 of your cap and the best player in history of your franchise could force a trade if he feels you aren’t competing for a belt.

yeah once Giannis is gone, there is no reason to put the bucks on national TV for the foreseeable future.

Giannis is mad when anyone leaves. Kidd, Jrue, Middleton etc. He is fiercely loyal.

I really doubt that he is. I doubt he wasn't in the loop on these 2 moves. There was meeting last month at the end of the season where they laid out their plan to go "all in". I'm sure releasing Dame and getting a top FA would have been mentioned. If Giannis wants win, having Dame in street clothes taking 35% of your cap, isn' the way.

Bucks trade Patty C and 2 2nds for V. Micic.. This has been absolutely insane. Also they signed Gary Harris. Sims also resigned.

well this must be the plan they laid out to Giannis to keep him around. Bucks are now instant contenders again with Turner. Need a PG still. Have no idea how much cap space they have below the 2nd apron or MLE $ they have. anyone have any idea?

As someone who has said for years they need to address corner IF early in the draft, I'm good with this. I know they have some guys progressing through but this gives more darts to throw at the dartboard.

The brewers have a type, so I will predict Cunningham. The player that intrigues me is Neyens. A power corner IF bat.

from NBAdraft.net. Don't know much about the guy but he was the top available player on ESPN at 47. There are also reports that the bucks signed Mark Sears to a 2 way contract.
