Looking for a stat

There is a table in the Baseball Prospectus Book "Baseball Between the Numbers" that outlines the number of runs that can be expected to score based on baserunner situations and outs.

Since it's copyright, I won't replicate it here, but the book is in bookstores.

You want to use the run frequency table and look at how often 0 runs are scored. A good rule of thumb is to remember that a team doesn't score about a third of the time after getting a runner at 2B with 0 out or 3B with 1 out.
