Torres survives Casey Blake's grittiness. Hopefully they can pull this one out in extras, but if Torres can't nail this one down, I don't have much faith in anyone else.

I don't understand those strike/ball calls either.

I can almost guarantee those will be strikes tomorrow.

Why not, they should have been strikes now and they were strikes for Lowe all night long tonight.

Let's go Braun!!!

Everything I've ever known, I've learned from Brewerfan.net....Seriously though

No matter what the outcome of this game is, there is no way you can fault Yost. He has made all the right calls and his team has collectively pooped its pants. Ridiculous!!!!!

Ned made decent, calculated moves. But I don't see how you can say he made all the right calls when the ultimate outcome didn't work out. Obviously the calls he made weren't right, because if they were the Brewers would have won. Granted I don't think Ned made any bad moves that inning, but the moves he did or didn't make ended up not working out, players fault notwithstanding.

Ryan Braun really ticks me off sometimes. Nice Soriano impression. I need to step away from this thread for awhile before I have to make a visit to the vent thread. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif

Counsel still raised his average 6 points today. Way to ride the hot hand Ned! Really not confident about Lox getting a save tonight. I feel like this may go into extras.

Best Donald Rumsfeld impression ever.

Because I know the ump who's going to be behind the plate tomorrow.

He calls the "at the knees" strike and the "outside corner" strike.

If this is how you are going to judge a manager you'll never have any idea how good one is. How good a manager is comes down to how good his players are by this logic. Are you honestly going to try to say that putting in Rivera in the 9th is wrong every time he blows a save? Or that starting Sabathia is wrong if we lose the game? I sure hope not.

JJ, you have redeemed yourself for now.

JJ redeemed himself with the 2 run HR to give us the lead... this was just icing on the cake~. Sure the redemption was pre-emptive but so what!
