The guy on the phone from Directv said that the Brewers game was a blackout. When I said how the game had been advertised and the website says it is being carried on FSN, he said that even despite that, there are blackout regulations and the game can't be carried today. And rather than show a blank screen, they show the next market which is Minneapolis. Total nonsense in my opinion. I don't understand the blackout regulations...especially since the game is still being shown on Time Warner to the best of my knowledge.

My DirecTV rep did better. Just before the game popped on, he said he checked and said about 10 technicians were discussing the issue.

 

No one should ever let them pull out the blackout explanation.

Indeed, it was Sutton. Not that he needed to pitch all that well. The Brewers' bats were smoking. Sutton also won Game 3 of the LCS (facing elimination).
