I was also at this one...I also really enjoyed it--my second 3-2 victory in a row.

The crowds in general this year seem to be better than last year and it really showed tonight. Coffey was in big trouble with 2 on and no outs and a 2-0 count...but instead of starting the booing again, the crowd started to cheer Coffey on. After he got the double play, the place got really loud!!! Everyone also stuck around until the end of the game--probably because the game was short, but hopefully also to see Trevor Time, which is a blast.

Our fans have always been great, but I think not having Yost around and the relief of making the playoffs might be leading to more optimistic, upbeat crowds. I know it has taken time for me to be optimistic about the Brewers so hopefully the average fan is becoming both more informed about the game and less harsh to the home players. Time will tell though.

Oh, and my younger brother was very excited for both Corey Hart's game winning HR and rumors that he is looking at house near my parents home in Greenfield!

I think you should offer personal metereological services to the Hart family, should they relocate near your parents. I'll provide a reference. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

I'll agree with OWBC on the crowd quality tonight - at least from my vantage point in front of the press box. I did not notice a single wave attempt; I didn't even realize this until reading the post above. Compare that with Monday's day game, when people repeatedly tried to start the wave, in a tight game no less.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

It seems like the Sunday/holiday crowds tend to be a little more laid back and maybe a bit less knowledgeable(the wave thing like hawing mentioned) than crowds otherwise.

Great game last night. I was really fortunate to go with my parents and got to sit in the 2nd row of 119, basically right behind home plate. Really neat experience.

It was a shock that last night's crowd was so nice since it was TWC Customer Night.

EA Sports...It's in the game...until we arbitrarily decide to shut off the server.

I would assume on the typicall Sunday/holiday the kid-adult ratio goes up by about 50%.

Unfortunately, the LF bleachers tried to start the wave during Braun's 6th inning AB, but it failed when he hit a double.
