Thoughts on Sosa as a FA signing?

He said he would accept a 500k 1 year contract, we could definatly afford it, is it worth the risk?

would the 500k include the cost of the HGH? what about the special order corked bats? Sorry, I simply wouldn't be able to cheer for the guy.

With the outrageous signings this year, Id give him a 4 year 45mil. I wouldnt even think about Sosa. Dont you think theres a reason he will play for cheap?

Well, we already had Mr. 3000 filmed in Miller Park, so I guess Mr. 600 wouldn't be that big of a stretch, let's do it!!!!

 

Seriously, no MLB team wanted him last year. Now, one year older, and even less in-shape....

 

I think the Nats offered him a one-year, on-the-cheap deal last offseason, and I guess I could see some crap squad giving him a minor league deal w/an invite. It will not be the Brewers, I can guarantee you that

I think Sosa's plan is to be clean during the Spring training drug tests, and then start taking the juice; hit his 12 homers to get him to 600 and then stop taking the juice before his name is randomely selected.

I just threw up a little.

 

Our worst outfielder is Brady Clark, and I can't figure how Sosa would be any better than him.
