Drama sure worked way in..LOL. I liked the epi but thought it was poorly thought out. Reminded of the Simpson's Behind the Music. The whole director/actress vibe was weird. But I give a B. Also, Walsh might have the ending already, and it won't be what they filmed the last scene. Drama might be cuthttp://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Flight of the Conchords is making me laugh crazily right now..

It seems like the show has kind of gotten back on a good track. Last "season" the show kind of seemed lethargic, but I think it was pretty much necessary for the purpose of setting all this stuff up. I'll still watch.

...my desire to read this thread is adversely impacted by my DVD habits -- I'm about half-way through Season 2 right now.

I knew next to nothing about the show when I Netflix'd the first season; I had only seen one episode (Vince's birthday party from S3 was on during the last HBO preview weekend), and had heard fairly positive buzz.

The show is well-written, well-cast (from Jeremy Piven all the way down to 'Aqua girl' -- who I didn't even know would be in the series, much to my approval), and just funny.

Now that I've said my peace, I can leave this topic by the wayside....since I'm not about to request Spoiler Warnings for something that's months old already.

After season 3, I was thinking the show maybe had run its course. But for me this was easily a top 5 episode. I was suprised by the documentary style of the episode. At the beginning of the episode I figured they would screw it up but by the end I loved it.

My DVR cut off the previews for next week, but that's good to know.

I'm actually really surprised (and mostly happy) that the production of the film only lasted an episode. I thought it would be serevral.

They really lost me this year. However, I must say that I have recently gone on a kick with "The Wire". I had only watched it occasionally before getting the DVD's. What an absolutely amazing show it is. I think it blows away The Sopranos.

i liked the way they set up this last episode as a mockumentary... the intro with billy walsh was great... and yes, the drama appearance towards the end made me laugh really hard.

flight of the conchords is funny, but i still think there's tons of improvement for that show. their live show is amazing.

i really like John From Cincinnati so far.

I liked that this episode was different and fun. Good way to kick off season 4.

My only complaints are that Vince's makeup didn't look quite right to me and I didn't buy the whole director love interest side story.

Billy Walsh might be my favorite recurring character on Entourage. I almost blew OJ out my nose when he bum-rushed Sven the DP and tackled him onto the car. He's such a stereotype, but the actor makes it seem natural.

I also enjoyed the "Are you (sleeping with) the hot girl?" interviews he conducted. Really fun episode.

I agree with andthat. Walsh is the best non regular character on the show. I dont think he has been in a bad episode yet. One of my favs was the episode where they are going to release Queens Blvd., but the studio made it in color and it looks all cheesy. Walsh was great in that ep.

I love this show! I dont have HBO, so the last epidode Ive seen is "Sorry Ari" Season 3 part 2 isnt out yet, so I got to wait. I think my favorite is Ari by far, Jeremy Piven does it perfect. I hope Drama doesnt get cut, I like his remarks "You know one time I did this with (insert famous actress here)"

Yeah Johnny Drama is gold. Whenever he talks about his days on 90210 it is too funny . I too think "Wally Balls" is the best reoccuring character, but this new guy Nick Rubenstein is great too. "Trust fund baby" as Walsh calls him.

Ari got JACKED UP! His response was golden. Walsh of course was great. And Katt or Cat...nice.

edit. I like the tension that was setup between E and Vince. Some real artistic battles could come of that.

holy butt katt! the writing for these past two episodes has been superior to anything the last mini-season. they are really setting up some conflict between vince, walsh and eric.

Another good episode, IMO. Ari was solid again in dealing with the school. Drama freaking out about the party was great as well. I loved Anthony Michael Hall's cameo. Here's a question for all the fans of the show; Medillian, Smash or Trash?

I think it'll bomb, leading to Vinny moving in with Drama, and struggling to find work, only to make a comeback in the next season. Just a hunch.
