I hate to say this, but tonight I'm all about moral victories. Hopefully Parra pitches long enough we don't have to see Suppan.

Considering the most rested options are Braddock, Hoffman, Bush, and Suppan, that'll have to be yeoman's work by Parra and the offense to make it happen. That said, as bad as this game looks on paper, these are the kinds of games we end up winning by 8. Go Brewers!

I would love to see Parra get into the sixth inning today.
Add the qualifier " down by less than four runs" and I'll jump right on board.

Me and this season's Brewers are starting to resemble an abusive relationship. I miss having them on this afternoon and am looking forward to the idea of them being on tonight, but I'm apprehensive about the whole thing at the same time.

Parra pitches with some control and they put up some offense against the latest cocky Cardinal, Garcia - crazy talk?

I really am going back and forth on whether or not to watch this game. Living in Texas, I don't get to watch the Brewers much, and this year, it's been helpful to live vicariously through the rest of you. But tonight, I have an opportunity to watch them. I think I will and I know I've got hockey to fall back on if it gets to be 17-0. Cards, that is. If it's 17-0 Brewers, I'm still watching, because there's a chance the Cards could come back.

2 inches of rain last night and now it's raining again here, so I am watching this one on the BIG screen instead of listening from a tractor. Would be nice to celebrate a win.

The last Sunday Night Baseball game I stated that was the night we were going to break the curse, It didn't work/I wasn't right so I'm not going to make an predictions this time.

O man this is going to be hard to watch. The great Albert for MVP. He's just the tops.
Don't forget Triple Crown and Sainthood, while we're at it.

What a terrible commercial that was. Acting will not be a second career for Corey Hart.

Have the announcers even mentioned the team the Cardinals are playing against?

So I'm noticing that ESPN is keeping the pitch count for each pitcher by flashing "PITCH #" in the score box on each pitch. It's actually a really nice feature, how long have they been doing it? I don't remember them doing it on either of the Brewers' first two Sunday night games, but I could have just been not paying attention.
