Dish Network adds MLB Network

Just flipping through channels and lo and behold there it is. Surprised it wasn't a bigger announcement.

You are going to love it. I have had it with Time Warner since it debut in January 2009, it is fantastic. I hardly ever watch ESPN anymore, its pathetic baseball coverage compared to how good MLB Network is.

Got the official email. At least for me, if not for all Dish Network customers, it's available through September 30th! Still, I will take what I can get!!

I'm hoping it's available longterm. That's the way they made it sound when I signed up today. I'll never get the deals the new subscribers get. It's like they want you to switch every 2 years. My bill will get cut in half switching from DirecTV to DishN. Called DTV to see if they could lower my bill to keep me on. They reduced it 5 dollars.

 

Think I'll just keep bouncing between DTV, DishN, and Charter.
