I was at Jeff's today and their going to have JJ Hardy signing of June 2nd which is Sat. It's not on the website but the guy told me they're going to be announcing it soon. It's going to be $25 bucks just like the Bill Hall signing.

Maybe I'm just weird, but I just can't justify paying $25 bcuks for an autograph, (i.e. Bill Hall and now Hardy) when you can get them for free at other times.

Yes, but I have said this before not everyone can get down to the park in time for an autograph. $25 is not bad at all, by the time you buy a game ticket, pay for parking, pay for gas, and leave work it would be cheaper going to Jeff's and paying the $25.

yeah, I have mentioned this in the past...for some people its a good thing, and an easy way to get a good autograph..for us, its really hard to jusify that because we could get them for free..If I had something really cool to get sigend, I would consider paying for it where I know that I can get a good looking autograph.

A lot of people also want stuff signed, look at billyhallfan he has a ton of Bill Hall stuff signed, and probably got some of it at the free signnings, but he still when to Jeff's to get stuff signed.

i'm by not means bashing people for paying for autographs..to each their own..I live pretty far away, never paid for an autograph and have probably 15 Bill Hall autographs..Billyhallfan has a game used Jersey and Helmet I believe..those two Items I would probably pay to get signed because they are awesome Items and would want a perfect autograph on them..but to get a picture of a ball signed, Id pass on it..

but like you and I have discussed, if you have troubles getting to games early, or to autograph fridays, then these sessions where you pay $25 for is perfect for you.

and a lot of times I question myself for collecting autographs..They aren't rare anymore, you can get one at any time from just about any player...but yet, I get in long lines waiting for a guy to put his sig on a picture or ball...weird

as said, I gladly pay it, sure beats the heck out of trying to muscle your way through people to get an autograph, that being said, if you are as good at getting players as Jason is, why pay...

that is one nice thing about paying for it. also bringing in your pictures, bobbles or whatever you have to get signed to the stadium is a big pain in the butt..and like i said, your jersey and helmet I would pay to get signed...what sucks is that a couple years ago, the brewers fanzone in brookfield mall used to do free signings...they had big time players as well..but from what I have been told, the Brewers put a stop to that since that store wasn't affiliated at all with the Brewers.

I got Russell Branyans autograph at the brewers fanzone in brookfield mall on my birthday may 28th 2005.

I also got Richie Sexson autograph a few years earlier at the cellular store next to Fudruckers there by the mall. Turns out we were in Milwaukee for a wedding and needed a place to eat and thought Fudruckers was a good choice. Man was I lucky. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

I got Hardy a few years ago at the On Deck event. Im waiting for Geoff Jenkins to sign somewhere this season. I would glady pay $25 for his auto.

This friday night for free! I will be getting Weeks though...

they will sign anything..but thats when it becomes a pain, because you have to lug the bobble around all game and be worried that you might break it

I was at Jeff's today on Capitol Drive, they said that half of the tickets for the Hardy signing have already been sold which went on sale this morning, for what it's worth.

I called today and I was ticket #158 so I am assuming they have 300 tickets for sale. I am sure they probably will not sell out until sometime next week. They have balls, bats, 8x10, 16x20, and mini helmets for sale at Jeff's.
