Good to see Hart playing 1B again. Hopefully he is there most of the rest of the season.

A little surprised to see Braun starting. Day game after a night game when Braun has been struggling with injuries but not with his bat.... and I know it has gotta be real difficult to sit Braun vs a LHP

All things considered, I think this is just about the best lineup we could come up with, although I'd prefer to see Maysonnet starting and hitting 8th instead of Izturis

I also agree with Hart at 1st. Seeing Izturis here every day is so painful.

This isn't a good matchup, but even though they won't show it, they're starting to approach a point in the season where they're getting desperate for a win. If they don't get one today, it's not all that unrealistic that they could enter June at 15 games below .500 -- a 1-6 road trip in Arizona and L.A. isn't out of the question.

You can't dig yourself too deep of a hole, even with most of the season still in front of us.

I hate MLB blackout restrictions. The main point of it is to encourage you to watch it on your local station, but if your local station isn't televising it, too bad so sad.

Zito is still horrible. I can't believe he actually had decent numbers this year.

Edit: the defense isn't helping either

Estrada just stepped on 1B funny and pulled his hamstring. He's going to have to be taken out, he's limping badly.

Yep he's done. Can't tell exactly what part of the upper leg it was but it sure looked like a pull. 6 runs on 2 hits.

Awesome, another injury. At least we'll get to see Peralta in the rotation now.

Peralta has not been sharp recently but I hope he is the guy that gets the call.

Are we all sure it is going to be Peralta? He pitched poorly again last night and has terrible numbers thus far in AAA. Lots of walks!

Gomez was swinging out of his shoes. Grand slam or nothing.

You might be the only one actually watching the game (impossible in the great state of Wisconsin). That means plenty of updates
