The hawing household road trip to Kansas City is underway! We are staying in a hotel near the ballpark (as are other Wisconsinites, based on a peek at the parking lot cars) and hope to catch some of the Brewers' batting practice. I have no 80s gear to join in with their dress-up theme from yesterday, but I do have a ball-glove cap (purchased in the 21st century). Had I known they were going to go 80s, I would have 100% brought my circa-1987 Brewers painter's cap, which still exists.

 

Saw a billboard along the highway, and I wish we hadn't been at highway speed so I'd have time to snap it. It's a Royals ad which says EXPERIENCE next to a photo of Ned.
