I was working when the game was on, how did Reynolds handle 3b?

 

Made one spectacular play. Looked pretty comfortable.

It was definitely nice to see them get the bats going. After games 2 and 3 against the Braves, I was admittedly pessimistic Friday afternoon. I'm glad they busted out.

A road sweep is always huge. It isn't easy.

 

I think it helps to have a veteran team. They are not intimidated by Fenway or playing on the road. They are talented enough to win games. It's nice to have young players with high upside, but we really know what we are getting with this team.

 

The issue is that I worry about them fading later in the year and they really can't afford to sustain any injuries to position players. But I wouldn't be surprised to see them stay above .500, at least in the first half of the year.
