Davis, Weeks, Reynolds, Segura, and Gallardo all in a row. That'll jump start the offense.

Admittedly it's like shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic, but how the hell is Reynolds starting when he's batting UNDER 200 and defensively practicality threw away the rest of the season last night. So he's rewarded with a start???

Each of our first five hitters has an OPS over .800 against lefties and the 6th hitter (Weeks) is at .793. If the offense is going to break out, today would be the day.

*Fully prepared and expecting them to get shutout on 3 hits.

Reynolds should still be in a time-out from that debacle last night, but the Brewer way is to close your eyes and pretend that he is an asset to this line-up.

That one's on Reynolds not Weeks. Not that it was a great throw but Reynolds should have it.

Was thinking the same thing. He didn't have a need to dive at it. The 1st base dugout camera showed it went right under his glove. Not an easy play but one he should make.

What a shocker.. Lucroy gets on and Ramirez promptly grounds into a double-play.

I'm not sure why I expect the Brewers to score anymore; they've already scored their two runs for the evening.

So what's the rationale for leaving Gallardo in for 110+ pitches but taking Lohse out yesterday with fewer than 90?

Not saying I disagree with leaving Gallardo in. Just baffled how Lohse was taken out

Awesome that Russell was not down 0-2 to Broxton because the 1st base umpire obviously was not paying attention and completely blew a check swing call.

Only reason I'm sticking with the game is some of the great posts after this meltdown. By meltdown I mean 150 days.

That and my kids are watching some weird Australian gymnast movie on Netflix.

Broxton is Axford 2.0. All fastballs, can't count on a secondary pitch to save his life. You'd think this team was done with that...
