Lucroy to Cleveland - LUCROY HAS VETOED THE TRADE

[And That]

Looks like Lucroy is headed to Cleveland. All indications have been he would approve a deal there.

[pogokat]

actually, Rosenthal said four...so i edited you

Edit: Link to tweet - just edited you - BOOM

[3and2Fastball]

Really hoping for McKenzie instead of Sheffield. Higher upside, more dominant

And Mejia as our catcher of the future

[pogokat]

sheffield mentioned a lot on Twitter

[SRB]

Cleveland looking like the team to beat, especially if Brantley returns soon.

[superfly]

Frazier please.

[MrTPlush]

Heard we might get Sheffield which means likely not McKenzie...id be pretty sad if that is true.

Justus Sheffield stats http://www.milb.com/player/index.jsp?player_id=656954#/career/R/pitching/2016/ALL

Tristan McKenzie stats http://www.milb.com/player/index.jsp?player_id=663474#/career/R/pitching/2016/ALL

Francisco Mejia plus McKenzie would be amazing

[Boomer5]

I'm hoping one of the two big OFers, Mejia, and Aiken since DS was in Houston when he was drafted?

[SRB]

Mejia is in the deal!!!

The #Brewers expected to land at least three prospects from #Indians, including catcher Francisco Mejia and outfield prospect

[3and2Fastball]

Sheffield is 5'10" and has been OK. McKenzie is 6'5" and has been dominant

Plus there is this in Sheffield's past (underaged drinking and criminal trespass) http://www.cleveland.com/tribe/index.ssf/2015/02/cleveland_indians_justus_sheff.html

Very different prospects

[narwhalattack]

Mejia is in the deal!!!

And an OFer, apparently.

And if the Indians make the playoffs we get Brantley back.

If I knew how to post a gif of someones jaw hitting the floor I'd do it if that ends up being the package.

Also heading from #Indians to #Brewers if Lucroy trade goes through, per source: Ss Yu-Cheng Chang and Greg Allen

[3and2Fastball]

Absolutely thrilled to be getting Francisco Mejia. Wow!

[And That]

Looks like Greg Allen is the OFer.

[MrTPlush]

Love Mejia...now let's blow it out of the water with two more studs.

Since the trade rumors thread was locked, I must reply here:

Homer: Joltin' Joe Charboneau????

If I didn't have a very good spit reflex, I would need a new keyboard.

Props to you!

[Matt Breen]

Mejia, Chang and Allen. I'm hoping one decent arm here...
